Booking in June 2023 gets a price of 2.5 million. Walking in the alley is quite troublesome because the road is small and quite rocky. At that time I had 2 cars.The air there is cool. Clean villa. The swimming pool water is really cold. The interior of the villa is contemporary, so it doesn't give the impression of horrorš
At that time there were 4 rooms occupied (no AC but cold). There is one room left downstairs that is not occupied. Of the 4 rooms, only 1 room has an ensuite bathroom (with a water heater) and there are 2 large beds. 2 rooms are okay, not too spacious but not cramped either.The other room (position near the kitchen) is narrow. The kitchen is spacious, there is a kitchen, eating and cooking utensils, a gallon (Cleo). The dining table is quite large. There is a sink equipped with a large glass near the dining table and there is 1 bathroom outside the room (there is a water heater). It's really suitable for a short break to relieve stress from the hustle and bustle. Plus point, the villa is friendly

The place is quite good, suitable for large families, there are 5 rooms. Android TV has Netflix, just watch it all night... The swimming pool is enough for the kids, just how do we make events with the kids interesting...The guards were very friendly and fast, several times the water heater had problems, they were handled immediately...Only the location is a little difficult to find, because I entered the wrong alley twice... If there was a sign on the side of the main road, it would seem like it would be easier.Satisfied staying here...

An unpleasant experience, if others give a rating of 5 then I give a rating of 1 for this villa.Minuses:1. The room was very stuffy, smelled bad too.2. The flow of water for bathing is very bad, sometimes it doesn't even flow. It's a bit annoying actually.3. Rats are the main problem in this villa, where 3 cars were littered and urinated on by rats, one car was even bitten and the vehicle smelled bad. The villa guard seemed indifferent and took it too lightly, especially as the 2 women who guarded the villa just laughed. If they were bitten by their vehicle, would they still be able to laugh?? Even if it is damaged, it is the villa renter who is responsible for the repairs, not the villa owner.4. Lots of moths, it's a bit difficult to open the door when night falls.Plus.1. Fast wifi, netflix. YouTube okay.The location of the villa is in an alley, narrow but passable for Innova class vehicles, the distance from the villa is to the main road. About 1km.It is not recommended to go on a trip, except for healing or staycation.Noted. Rats are quite annoying. Hopefully there are no other rat victims

The villa is clean, comfortable, spacious, the wifi is fast, the karaoke is great, I'm really satisfied... the guards are friendly, polite, fast... the best thing... but the location is hidden so you can put up a sign so you don't get lost. usš¤Nb: if you can add billiards so that those staying in don't have to go out playing billiards in the villa next doorš¤

starting from a location that is a bit hidden in an alley so the only people who can enter are private vehicles. When I went there it was raining and unfortunately the front of the villa was flooded up to the knee so this might be a drawback and also the room wasn't air conditioned. As for the rooms and service, it's still okay, the price is also affordable... the view is no less good...

Experience with exciting office friends... it's possible to improve room facilities such as towels, only getting 1 even though I occupy the main room, and it's better to provide a trash can in the room/toilet... the villa guard service is very good, 5 star wifi , complete kitchen facilities...over all everything is okš
