I stay in Toba Cats Garden for 3 days. The room is big, with clean toilet. Inside the room, it is equipped with universal power socket. Therefore, you can use your charger without worry different kind of socket.Surround the room, it is easily to find local/western food. Uncle Bond also bring me to try local Tuak not far from Cats Garden.The Area of Cats Garden is nice and quiet. It is not far from Bukit Beta. Many traveller likes to go hiking to Bukit Beta and enjoy great view from the hill.

The location and the view are really nice but the place is quite dirty and as there are so many cats, the owner is not really care how to take care the cat in proper way, the staff is really friendly and helpful but all around the place is quite dirty and smelly cause of lack of maintainance

I felt so taken care of by Uncle Bon. An amazing human who is very respectful and generous and treats you like family. If you stay with Uncle Bon, you will have no issues during your stay at Lake Toba. He will make sure you have everything you need!I also recommend taking some things for the cats. Particularly things to help keep kittens warm. Or maybe just contribute a little extra to help with food.I learned a lot from Uncle Bon's way of thinking and sharing, and I won't soon forget my stay here.

Nice and quite place..uncle bond has a thousands of ideas how to grow up the tourism. He will always welcome you to his place to stay in only one of guest room just to raise his cats. Good man to chat and have some coffee in his garden.

We had a wonderful stay with Uncle Bon and his cousin Doan. We initially booked for 2 nights but ended up staying 5. Don't expect luxury, but do expect a super relaxed and clean place with excellent beds. And of course the best host you could wish for. Uncle Bon will arrange everything for you, delicious fruit, coffee, typical Indonesian snacks, you name it. You must love cats, but don't worry, they won't come into your spacious room. Don't forget to have breakfast or dinner every now and then at the neighbor's house, delicious food! And of course cold beers from the other neighbor across the street. All in all, definitely recommended.
