The room information being promoted/sold is very different. There is no AC like the one that is applied. The room is dirty, the bathroom has lots of cigarette marks and a shampoo container that hasn't been thrown away for a long time. In some parts there are spider webs. The most unreasonable thing is that the price booked via the application is not the same, I was still asked for additional money for the room.

Booked via Agoda for a family type room with AC facilities and 2 beds at a promotional price, when you checked in you were given a room without AC with 1 bed and even then you had to increase the room price by 25 thousand on the grounds that you were no longer taking part in the Agoda promotion. More like fraud, this is the first time booking via Agoda to get accommodation like this. Annoying experience, don't try to book a room at this place.đź‘Ž

Ordered 2 rooms at Oyo, already paid, the location said they were not cooperating with Oyo. Tell me to pay more and give me just one room. The room smells of cigarettes.

SCAM !NO SHOWER !!!NO AIRCORN !!!The lady pretended she didn’t speak Englishtill a certain point. She told us our aircorn room we paid for was getting fixed tomorrow ( we were only staying one night ) after investigating the situation we figured out all the aircon rooms are lived in by locals and there’s only a couple of rooms available with fan. That’s when the lady asked us to leave

SCAM!! DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS HOTEL. They will charge you additional costs at the property and pretended that the aircon was broken when we paid for an aircon room. Staff become defensive and angry when asked why the room had bo aircon unit of it was simply “broken and will be fixed tomorrow” save your money and book somewhere else

I paid for the place on booking as it wasn't an option to pay at the property.When we arrived, the place was not like the pictures show. I booked two rooms and two of the rooms had mold on the wall and the smell was very intense. I decided not to stay there. Unfortunately the refund was impossible... I had feeling I am talking to the robot not to human being about the refund.Stay away from this place!

For this price, it's better if the facilities include a TV because visitors can't always turn it on, especially after they're on holiday, they're tired of the accommodation, there's at least TV entertainment, there's also a power outlet for the charger, there's no difficulty between running the fan or cell phone charger, also for ventilation in the back room. It's clearly visible when someone is in the kitchen and the back toilet shows activity in the room, so it's not closed enough...

Ok lets make this fair:1. Its super cheap price at the website, but when you arrive right there they will asking you additional price!!! In my case the women owner said to me that OYO make discount price without their consent...so you can't take you money back to cancelled BUT also you need to pay more to stay right there. OYO price is 76K, i pay additional 24K to stay.2. ITS NOT OYO STANDARD HOTEL I KNOW!!!!! FARRRRR AWAY.....OYO WTH?!3. You have to choose between getting hot right there or your battery phone death!....their room will only provide you with ONE PLUG???!!!4.I don't know if this happens everyday but we only can sleep after 12am????!!!! They have little boy who running around at second floor until midnight, youngster cooking and make some conversation until midnight too???!!!!5. They do check inn at midnight too and they will do it looks like without considering that they have guests which need to be sleep too.6. If you want smiley face welcoming guest, better not look for in here. All of the receptionist already lost it 3000 years a go maybe.7. Bedbug? What bedbug? Its bugbed!Better stay away from this place, if you want rest yourself BUT to be honest if you just want to sleep with super avoidable price + additional price...you may considering it.God?!
