Room reservations are quite easy via the tr*veloka application, the staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are quite spacious, there is a swimming pool and the atmosphere is calm and comfortable. Suggestions to reduce the impression of darkness are to brighten the corridor lights.

The hotel is close to various city access areas, there is a swimming pool too, unfortunately when I was staying there in the morning the lift stopped even though I was going up and down carrying suitcases. There is also advice for children's swimming pool water, especially to always clean it.

Very disappointed because this hotel was going to have breakfast early in the morning but it was provoked by the employee, Mrs. Eliana, because we only asked for ONE pack of creamer. In fact, the male employees who wanted to give us creamer were angry. pack it to the customer.

The room smells musty, the sheets are dirty, the AC takes a long time to cool, the Android TV doesn't open at all, you have to have your own account for Netflix, etc., simple breakfast, decent swimming pool.

Spacious parking, when you first enter the room, the first impression is that the smell immediately enters your nose, the bed covers have lots of stains & hair like they have never been changed/cleaned, apart from the smell there are lots of mosquitoes. The plus point of this hotel is that there is a swimming pool, the facilities are sufficient, there is a hotpot, mineral water, coffee & tea, the room price rate is quite affordable, it's worth it... Suggestions for the smell in the room might be from dirty bed covers / damp furniture in the room so that it can be cleaned and put air freshener.
