Disappointing…. Bad service, give up on staying there... The place and service are both bad….. the staff is not friendly…. The hotel is dirty and has a lot of dust 👎👎

The rooms are pretty good, maybe because the building looks like it's new, and when compared to old hotels in Madiun. The rooms are pretty clean, the bathrooms are also pretty clean. The rear parking lot is also very spacious.

Hotel in the center of Madiun city, quite clean, the rooms were full even though it was Thursday before August 17 2024. Only the TV needed to be replaced with a bigger one (29 inches and above). There is breakfast. Great

When you first entered you were greeted unfriendly, it didn't reflect the hospitality, in the room there was no stirrer equipment, Qibla sign, there were stains on the sheets as if they hadn't been replaced, the parking lot was narrow and not clean.

The room carpet is dirty, the curtains are not neatly arranged, the blanket looks old, the elevator smells bad. So through the stairs, the parking toilet is not clean. Mhn corrected next suggestion.

The bathroom was stuffy, it said all the rooms were full but how come it was only me and 1 other person's car that was parked. It looks like it's full, the AC in the other room isn't cold. Oyo Sh's class is suitable, but at a price of 350 it's not suitable. When I entered the room smelling of cigarettes, it turned out that the trash can had a lot of cigarettes in it, there was no characteristic smell.

The hotel is old and quite scary, but it is helped by the sound of music in the hallway which is always on so it is still ok and quite affordable

Got a business room on Agoda from the price of 244 + tax to 296, not much different from the offline price. Near the city center & suitable for those looking for an economical hotel but the facilities are up to standard & don't disappoint. Hot water works but wait 5 minutes first. The only amenities you get are soap + towel. The mattress is not thick enough (feels springy) but I can still sleep. The blanket is thin and fluffy but clean. AC works well. The room is clean, just need to replace the carpet because the old one has lots of cigarette marks. Coincidentally, I got a room with a dead window (roof of the next building). Small TV. There is no Qibla direction so look for it yourself. Breakfast isn't ready until 7 (usually it's 6), yesterday I needed to check out at 6 in the morning so I wanted to have breakfast first, but because it wasn't ready yet, it was a shame I didn't use my breakfast quota. Overall, I'm satisfied with that rate, it's called a budget hotel, the facilities are just that, the important thing is that the hotel is clean, as for the room furnishings which are less luxurious, that's normal for a hotel ⭐️⭐️, it won't disappoint & it's okay to try. The important thing is to be able to rest & clean.
