This is genuine cheap accommodation that is clean and really comfortable. The owner is friendly. Even when we came to the homestay and asked about room availability, the father answered well and allowed booking through travel agents such as Traveloka etc.The room is not very spacious but it is comfortable for our small family to live in.My advice if you want to stay here, bring your own toiletries because here there are no towels, no soap, shampoo, toothbrush or toothpaste. There's no drinking water, no fan/air conditioning (but Malang is cold 🥴), no breakfast either. Well, naturally there aren't any of these things because the room price is also around 150 thousand. what do you expect, right?The hot water turns on well, the toilet also works well. The accommodation environment is also calm.The location of the homestay is also close to Batu Night Spectacular. Just walk and get there. There is also an Alfamart near BNS so if you want to buy snacks it's not far either.

If the family goes to Batu, stay at Ling Homestay.. the accommodation is close to BNS, Jatim Park 2, the price is not expensive, the rooms are cool even without AC, a good fan is available. 😊😊👍👍👍👍

For those of you who are looking for a homestay just for a place to rest and close to tourist attractions (BNS, Jatimpark 2), Ling homestay could be a recommendation. The rooms are spacious, the bathrooms are clean, very cold (even though they only use a fan). The parking lot is very spacious and the service is responsive, Mas Rangga is really top. Came here twice with my family, thank God I was never disappointed hehe
