How much is the rate for a single bad AC room?

A hotel that is strategically located in East Lampung and has a large area. As soon as we passed through the gate, the atmosphere was a bit spooky, eheh. Maybe because when we arrived it was late afternoon, the atmosphere was a bit dark while the lights were dim and the area near the rides was not lit at night.There are special facilities provided, including free passes to enter the water park for 2 people per room and a 30% discount on karaoke. There is a small prayer room in the corner attached to the water park area. However, because I came here on a business trip, this was less interesting for me who is more concerned with room facilities and service.For this first visit, I have several notes. My twin bed room was narrow, it was difficult to find ample space for prayer even though the direction of the Qibla was quite straight. The room had a strange smell, like a sewer smell maybe from the AC or something. My roommate feels the same way. The telephone in Tifak's room doesn't work and if there's anything you have to go to the lobby which is in a different building. The lobby is also sometimes empty with no one waiting.It seems like the hotel lacks the manpower to handle an area this large. :')The actual bathroom is okay, not too wide or too narrow. The toilet seat is no problem. But there is no hot water. And the smell of cockroaches too.The layout of the bathroom door is right in front of one of the mattresses and its position is very close, it seems less than one meter. At the bottom of the bathroom door there is a vent that exits upwards. So if someone is peeing or defecating in the bathroom, the smell will come straight out and hit me in bed. If you can, just close the ventilation in the door, just focus on the bathroom exhaust.The breakfast place is okay, separate from the room building and the atmosphere is cozy. I like it. But the food menu is basically just scrambled eggs and fried tempeh with flour. No vegetables, no fruit. :)I saw many families who came to stay one night, apparently interested in the free pass water park facility. But for business trips where you stay several nights, I think the hotel needs improvement. I only stayed here one night and didn't extend my stay. Hopefully that's understandable, it's easy to come here again sometime with better facilities.

The place is quite busy, only the bathroom needs a lot of renovation... to make it comfortable
