RedDoorz Plus near Taman Rekreasi Selecta 2

There are 2 RedDoorz buildings here, I stayed in the lower RedDoorz Plus (Be careful not to mix them up)When we want to check in, we have to check in at the RedDoorz building next door because the receptionist is in the next building. The minus is that there is no notification or writing whatsoever if checking in is in the building next door. I have to carry heavy items back and forth from the building.The RedDoorz Plus building is still very new. So please be advised if it smells a bit like paint or musty.Pluses:+ Rooftop is suitable for events with many people and the view is very good.+ Powerful AC (2PK)+ Incidentally my room is very spacious and the window directly faces the front gate.+ The mattress is also quite large, King size.+ At least there is a swimming pool (minus no water)+ There is a tennis table even though I don't know where the ping pong bats and balls are.+ There is a pool table (bad condition but still worth playing)+ Complete amenities except towels.+ The mountain view is very good, especially at night.Minuses:- 2 nights I stayed I was not given a towel. The receptionist said that they had finished the laundry on the way, but until the 3rd day they were not given towels- Hot water sometimes turns on, sometimes turns off. (You have to turn on the hot shower first, just wait a while until the hot water comes out)- the floor of the room is still dirty (see photo)- the bathroom has no clothes hangers. So it has to be tucked in the window and the rest is hung on the door.- check in and check out must go to the next building.- There is a swimming pool but there is no water, when I wanted to go home I just filled it with water, and even then the pool was small.- there is no CCTV in the lower parking lot. Sarang, if you want to park your motorbike, can park your motorbike in the building above, or at the reception to make it safer.- the room is not soundproof. The sound of us chatting from inside can be heard from outside.- Above the windows & doors there are ventilation holes without screens, so I'm worried that mosquitoes or insects can get in.Overall, the price offered is comparable to what we get.For the hotel management, please improve cleanliness.Sorry if my criticism is not acceptable.Don't forget to follow my Local Guide account & my IG @rezapriyagung

The place is really clean, the view at night is great 🫶 the hot water works well even though it takes 1-2 minutes to switch from cold to warm

New accommodation in the Selecta area.. new building, comfortable rooms, easy access. One of the recommended Reddoorz in Batu. Moreover, you always get discounts on bookings via seller Reddoorz 085156855656

• New Building, Hotel ⭐⭐• Non-shariah• Good service, easy booking and payment 👍🏻• Cleanliness is quite good, but cleanliness needs to be improved under the bed. I found insects on the floor under the bed• There are sufficient facilities, including (Tv, AC, hot water, wardrobe/clothes rack) & (toiletries, towels, drinking water). For TV, the broadcast quality needs to be improved.• Prices are pretty good for a good hotel. And facilities are still being improved• Rooftop with a good view of Batu City• Ample parking• Billiard table• Swimming poolImportant to note:• Soundproofing is not good. You can listen to the sounds of farming activities from your room neighbors at night (brdsrkn pnglmn prbd). So please be silent🤫 in your activities. Unless you like your d3s4h4n being heard by people.

That's not bad...Standard facilities such as TV, AC and water heater are not bad... However, in the future facilities such as towels, mineral water, hangers and a water heater kettle can be provided in each room...Yes, overall it's not bad..
