Ordered a month ago via Agoda, booking confirmed for 15/09/2024.Suddenly 09/13/2024 was canceled unilaterally on the grounds of not collaborating with Oyo??Helllooo, we had planned well in advance for a holiday staying on the rocks. You unilaterally and as conveniently confirm it is tight???It's also impossible to find a replacement hotel in less than a day. STUPID !!!If you don't cooperate, why don't you contact us immediately when your booking is confirmed? And we can still look for a new hotel. If it's tight, how can it be???If you set a price that is too cheap on the application and you regret it, don't cancel it completely, please!! DON'T BE SELFISH, don't lose the hopes of the customer's family.WE ARE LONG DAY PLANNING, YOU PHP!!!

Zone service, ordinary rooms are just spacious. The bathroom blower didn't turn on, the bed had mites. It's a shame that a villa as good as this is not managed well. The officers are too noisy. Please revise it in the future.

The view is really amazing, order a superior room but the service is bad, the bathroom door is broken and almost locked from the inside, the room is dirty, there are beer bottles that haven't been thrown away and are you too lazy to clean and don't fix the door??? ?

The rooms are spacious. There is no shortage of beds. The bathroom is clean, the shower works well. But for that price you should be provided with coffee & toiletries, only towels :( check in should be at 14.00 but at 13.00 you can check in👍🏻 the location is at the top, the terrain is a bit uphill but worth it for the view you get🥳The double suite room is the best in fact🤩

I've been here twice because the view from the room and balcony above is super nice and calming. If you're bored and want to relax, this is really suitable... The price is also good and wow...Indeed, the facilities or amenities are not that complete. But it's really okay... Don't give up on going there again.

We booked a family room here during the peak season. The location is nice, up on the Panderman hills, you can see the beautiful city view and the Arjuna Mountains clearly. The room space is standard. Facilities: two double beds, 4 dining chairs and 1 table, 2 cabinets. It has no AC, it's reasonable because of the cool climate. Unfortunately, our room was so hot. I need to "fan" my kids. No amenities. And, last but not least, a little conversation and standard greetings from the staffs would be much nicer.

The first time I came, it was okay but there wasn't any air conditioning, until the afternoon the bathroom lights wouldn't turn on and there was no one in the reception room + the lights were on the entire floor. 1 dead. Maybe my suggestion is that the bedroom curtains can be vacuumed and more attention can be paid to their cleanliness and service.

First impression, from the bottom, it's already clear, WOW, this accommodation is really cool, the windows are really wide, when you see the room:1. Dirty bathroom2. The curtains are torn3. The water in the toilet doesn't stop4. The warm water is not optimal, it falls more like a warm water, not hot5. The view is really goodIt's a shame the place is already good but maintenance is lacking

1. Get room (F) with a good view, large glass area in 1 room, so when you wake up you can enjoy the beauty of the highlands, you can see Batu City from a distance. If you are observant you can see the culprit in Batu City Square.2. Strategic location close to the transport museum.3. Highly recommended if you want quiet healing in the highlands.4. There is no air conditioning, no problem because the nights are cold.5. Standard bathroom according to its function.6. In the basement there is a place to play ping-pong7. The view from the basement on the 3rd floor is good, especially from the rooftop on the fourth floor which is beautiful...
