The place is cozy, cool, beautiful. Suitable for families and children. The room is spacious for the price of 29x.xxx and includes breakfast for 2 people. Close to Jatimpark 3 and souvenir center. The place is accessible to online transportation. The owner is also friendly. Will subscribe if I go to Jatimpark 3 again(The downside is that the shower water is not fast enough/the flow is small, but it can get hot and cold)

The service is good, the prices are very affordable even though it comes during peak season. What's not good is that the guest house owner likes to smoke in front so those who can't get cigarettes might be a bit disturbed. But over all the service is good.The room is clean, there is a telephone in the room so if you need anything just call the receptionist.I'm late for dinner and want to order food from Tulip Cafe, you can do it via telephone. But it turns out that a lot of food is not ready. In the end, I just ordered a platter filled with potatoes, fried meatballs and nuggets. Yes, it's quite annoying. So if you want to go home to the guest house, it's better to buy food out at the same time.The place is a bit tucked into an alley but the price and service are in line with it. Ample parking for those who bring cars.

Came here for the weekend with my husband for Rp. 293,000,- on weekdays it looks like it could be cheaperWhen we first entered, we were greeted by the male guest house crew who were very friendly and provided solutions, even though we checked in at 13.00 one hour before the specified check-in time.The service is good, the check-in process is fast, less than 2 minutes and not complicated because you have booked from the trip.com applicationThen we were taken to our room on the 2nd floor. The room was very nice, we had twin beds so we asked for the mattresses to be put together to make a double bed. It's really fast.My advice, you can request an upper room floor (2nd floor) so you can enjoy views of Malang city and Batu city.The bathroom is clean, hot water can be used well.2 clean towels and liquid soap are provided. But there was no toothpaste or toothbrush. Yes, the price is also affordable.The atmosphere is quiet, there is no sound of vehicles passing by because the access is not the main highway. Suitable for those with babies or those who like a calm atmosphere.The guest house is well maintained, but the quality is not cheap.Clean mattress, no hair or spots.Breakfast starts at 07.00 - 10.00. You can choose between 3 menus: Javanese nasgor, Hong Kong nasgor and pecel rice. It tastes good, satisfying. At that time, we chose to have breakfast delivered to our room, but we could have breakfast in the cafe with a nice view. The cafe is beautiful and clean.If you want to eat out, you can also, close to people selling food.We checked out at 12 o'clock and were very well served.Next time we will come here again. We will make it a stopover place if you go to Malang or Batu.

A pleasant place to stay if you go to Batu. Near Jatim Park 3, transport museum, Batu city square etc. Get free breakfast which is delicious, the portion is right and the owner is friendly.
