we were told to cancel the booking by the hotel because the contact with Oyo had expired, and we were told to order offline at a much higher price than the application

When I went there it was canceled because the price wasn't right, so why not just terminate the contract with Oyo

I booked for 6-7 August (1 night, 3 rooms) when I arrived at the crime scene (10pm) they said the rooms were full, and they were offered to be in the other villa, there was a bit of debate, how could it be full like that? (and he said he also refused several customers because of the same thing) If you want to refund the money back +-2 weeks, finally friend, check the place in question, it's not far from the crime scene, the name of the villa is EVA2, it looks like a 2 bedroom house but has 3 beds, there is wifi , bathroom (water heater) kitchen (fridge, stove) sink, living room. Because it was already late and I was tired of having to go around looking for accommodation, finally it was okay to rent here but it would cost an additional 100k.Advice for managers, if space is limited, don't open too much on the platform, or something like me will happen and end up with a bad review.
