For backpackers, this is very comfortable, only the bathroom/WC is small. Located in the city of Labuan Bajo.

Im surprised to see this amount of bad reviews.
My room was very good. Ac works, big bed, big room. Only the shower head was a bit broken and some warer goes to the side.

Walked in to avoid bookings fees, asked for a discount as I’m solo and it was a double bed room and I don’t use AC. We agreed on a price. Settle in, took a shower. Came back outside and they asked me for more money. Unfair.Broken toilet and shower. Found a caterpillar in the room.

Fine for a short stay. The staff were super friendly and polite. Sink and toilet seat were loose but useable - fine for one night but would have been a hassle if staying longer. Nice balcony for drinking coffee and enjoying views of the harbour (although not spectacular). Great location and in walking distance of everything you need. Comfortable and clean bedding.
