Clean and comfortable. Ignore the warm water because standard is good, this is Rote and the climate is already hot, just plain water is fresh. Friendly service.

With not many options in Baβa, we picked this one. Rooms are basic but air-conditioned & clean, owner is friendly & helpful. They need to ensure all amenities are available in rooms before guests checked in though, because when we checked in there were no towels in our rooms.They refused to make our breakfast to go at 6 am because their breakfast starts at 7 am.
