Food was very good.Location is perfect : central yet not on the main road. 5 minutes walk to the beach.May still be a good deal for anyone traveling on a tight budget. I had contact ahead of my arrival with someone who speaks English (the dad I think). Unfortunately he wasn't there during our stay.We arrived from the port at 9pm with their own driver (very expensive compared to what the other places offer, but anyway) and there was no welcoming at all, no explanation, no toilet paper etc.Place is rather dirty with mice poo in the room, garbage in the common area and the bathroom was full of mold.

Great budget place to stay with friendly people and good food! Loved the communal area to get to know other travellers. Walking distance to the beach. 😊

It comes with three meals, so I think it's suitable for people who are traveling alone and are not good at finding restaurants.The food is simple Indonesian home cooking and delicious.Although it is not beachfront, it takes less than 5 minutes to walk to T land beach.It feels like a family business, and everyone is friendly and helpful.Towels are provided, but you must provide other amenities yourself. They won't change your towels or sheets unless you ask.The wifi is working fine.

Staying in Ovabaluk means being welcomed by a very friendly and available Indonesian family.All meals are very good, generous and balanced.The bungalows are quiet.The common space is warm.Very good value for money.
