Do not recommend. Stained sheets, a few holes in the walls, bad WI-FI, only cold water in the shower, no toilet paper, the shampoo and soap were out in the shower, holes in the ceiling in the bathroom. …

We have difficulty understanding the 3.1/5 rating. For ChatGTP it is a question of relentless customer dissatisfaction with the cleanliness and veracity of online photos…Of course it's dirty and rickety but as is often the case here. With its 12€ on Booking, RedDoorz is excellent value for money!

It's definitely not what we expected. We understand that it is a cheap site and that is why we did not have high expectations, but the comparisons of the photos in the applications with reality are wildly different. Neither careful nor clean. So much so that we decided to leave as we arrived. At reception they were kind enough to give us our money back.

The facility certainly does not deserve a 1.0 rating. It's old, of course, but the internet works, the air conditioning works (room 303). The staff is very nice and tries to help. There is water from a dispenser for guests. We do not recommend room 301 - the air conditioning does not work there.

There's no flush, the room is moldy, the TV is off and can't be watched, the AC isn't cold, the water is off, the bathroom key is off, the socket is broken, there's no soap or tissue in the KM, the broken hanger is still attached. Basically a bad definition

I broke into a room with a chopstick,it's THAT bad here.OLD and NOT maintained. Got 2 rooms and neither had working toilets (had to manually fill tank to flush). No lights, no hot water, no water pressure, no internet, no wondows, no amenities (not even toilet paper). There isnt even a sign out fron to find the place!I feel bad for staff who are obviously trying to run a business for an owner who gave up 10 years ago. The staff is kind and does try, the beds are clean and comfortable since they CAN be maintained easily.Anything other than bedding hasnt seen any maintenance for years; water goes out frequently, interiors are destroyed with mildew.This is the first and last reddoorz i will ever stay at. Had i not booked online ahead i would not have stayed. Web booking sites need to update the listing as not acceptable, even for the low price. Place should be closed untilthey atleast repairthe locks (seevideo for how to break into rooms with a chopstick)

Bathroom not clean, at all tap that remains in your hands, sometimes there is no water or no hot water this establishment is falling into disrepair which does nothing to improve.

The rooms are clean and quite spacious, the service is friendly, if you want to take a shower it's best not to take a shower... The water is small if it fits together with another bathroom...

DO NOT BOOK. Absolutely disgusting place, walked out immediately and still waiting on refund. There are a lot better places to stay in Labuan Bajo. Honestly most horrible hotel I've ever seen and we're backpacking staying in Hostels and homestays. Cockroaches, Mould, bathroom is horrible. Again, DO NOT BOOK and save your money/time.

When I wanted to take a shower, suddenly the water turned off several times. The biggest one was when I was checking out when I wanted to take a shower, but the water wasn't even flowing. I went downstairs several times and asked the receptionist, he said the repairman was on the road, the tanker was already on the road, he knew the water pump was broken. How come it's in the same class as Reddorz, this is a tourist hotel when there's a real water shortage.

The worst nights in Indonesia happen in this hotel. The false friendliness of the girls at the hotel is quickly seen. The mold is obvious from the lobby. So ok, we are in Indonesia, most hotels are. But the unsanitary conditions of RedDoorz are not just due to the climate. The room smells like cigarettes. The toilets are leaking. No window. Dirty sheets. No bath towels. Two single beds having reserved a double bed. A dripping pipe above the shower. And the best part is that you have to pay before the last “guaranteed” night 🤣. Do not sleep in this hotel.
