Theft attempted at 5am 2nd October 2024, theft came with knife to our VIP room... the bad guys bleeding at our bed trying to steal our belongings while we were sleeping, nobody came to help us. We called police line to help. Non of us injured. We will not comeback.

It‘s a joke!! The rooms are dirty, with every breath you can feel and smell the mold in the air, and the bathroom is the worst i‘ve ever seen!! Has nothing to do with the pictures they show on booking pages 😤

Don’t stay here!There is no lounge bar…I stayed only one night because there was no more availability in the hotel where I was before. Photos are not like in reality. They show an old photo of the best room.. I stayed in a single room with shared toilet and bathroom: AC was shared between my room and the next one. In the shower there is nowhere to hang your clothes. NO LAVATORY ANYWHERE (I had to wash my face and teeth in a sink on a terrace) and of course, no mirror.. The whole building it’s like abandoned, bad distribution of spaces (2nd floor there is nothing but an old pool table and tennis table that nobody uses, and I had to go until the 5th floor by stairs to get to my room where everything is small) Bad feeling being there…Only positive: staff. Even if they don’t speak English they are nice and helpful.

Not friendly for business, suitable for backpackers, Wifi often dies, no windows except VIP, no TV, no iron to rent, no toiletries at least soap, no parking space, access up and down stairs, cold AC, hot water available , Strategic location, clean.

As soon as we arrived, we already suspected that it was not the humble hostel we had booked through Agoda (the photos are completely fake). There are no doors at the entrance and it shares space with an abandoned building. The front desk might be the broken desk at my school, but dealing with the staff has always been very helpful. They give us the keys to the room, we go up, and when we open the door we find ourselves immersed in a mass of humidity and a sewer stench that is not even in the worst nightmares. No windows or ventilation, of course. We have no towels, no pillowcases, no toilet paper. The sink is inside the room, without a mirror, and every time you turn on the tap, it waters the entire room. The shower and toilet share space, the terror room. You shower surrounded by an ecosystem of fungi and flying insects that you would never have imagined. From time to time, you hear the cry of an animal in the room (a gekko?). Luckily, the air conditioning works, and there is a slight Wi-Fi signal that lets you receive some WhatsApp messages. If you want to do an exercise in humility to value having a lla, I recommend a visit to the chocolate one.

An appalling hotel/hostel.Agoda photos of the VIP room are completely false!The bathroom is abhorrent.Sheets on the bed are stained.There's a TV but no channels to watch.The balcony door has a gap when closed that you can fit your hand behind! Letting in hot air, noise from the main road below (don't expect to get an early night's sleep) and.... mosquitos.Facilities described on Agoda are beyond ridiculous.Tea/coffee making facilities: a kettle but no cup or any tea/coffee/sugar etc.Towels: 2 worn out hand size.Toiletries: None""The hotel is entirely non-smoking, ensuring a clean air environment.".... But they provide an ashtray in the room?And the next sentence"Smoking is restricted to the designated smoking areas....."My Agoda booking states breakfast but none is provided by the property?Pool Table: probably 30 years old and not worth the space it takes up.

Good price n good view.. very strategic accommodation near the port and worth it in terms of price.. the service is also very friendly.. I was even allowed to pray Dhuhr and Asr in the room, even though check out time had arrived. Recommended 👍👍
