Stayed at this hotel because of the noise of neighbors from karaoke. Uh, it turns out the room isn't soundproof. The sound of vehicles could be heard, the sound of people practicing singing prayers from upstairs could be heard. The voices of people karaoke from outside the hotel could even be heard clearly.Not at all recommended for people looking for peace. Too noisy.

If you want to sleep don’t choose this hotel.First night ok, second night there was some sort of event in the place just in front of the hotel that involved some kind of loud karaoke. Still we managed to sleep. But the last night there was another event, maybe a wedding, with the music so loud that the windows in the room were rattling. When asked reception to talk to them and ask them to turn the volume down at around 1:30am they played dumb (clearly mates with the organisers of the event) and said that they couldn’t do anything. The music went on until 4am so we couldn’t sleep at all and had to cancel the activities that we had planned for the following day, losing the money.

The staff is very friendly & always happy to help. They also offer free airport transfers.The location is a bit out of the city centre, which makes it far more quiet than other hotels in Labuan Bajo (also no mosque close by!!). It's easy to get into town by Gojek/Grab or your own motorbike within a couple of minutes. You can also easily walk 20min on a newly built pedestrian way.There is a on-site restaurant, with fair prices & a basic menu to choose from. Good for a lazy meal, if you don't want to head out of the hotel.The rooms are in need of some renovation work. There was some mold on the walls in the bedroom & the bathroom shows its age (see photos). The toilet has extensive permanent staining & all appliances don't look well cleaned.

The hotel is naturally cool, comfortable, clean, like a really homey atmosphere. Basically it is very comfortable.Especially the overall service is very friendly...The facilities are adequate according to the price..Basically like it.

Our hotel room smelled damp and stale, we had no toilet paper and the toilet flusher was broken twice. The sink drain was leaking and the hotel looked old and neglected.The staff was very friendly, the breakfast buffet selection was very simple.The location is out of the way, getting into town on foot is difficult.We wouldn't come back.

Super nice staff, friendly and helpful people and clean rooms. Air conditioning works fine. Unfortunately it is a bit far from the center and beach which nearby does not offer so much. There is little to do in the evening.

Nice property located about 2.5 km from the airport and can feel a bit outside Labuan Bajo area. They upgraded us to a suite room for free without being asked. They have free shuttle service to the airport that you can call them and prebook. However, their landline was out of order and I wasn't able to reach them and had to hire a cab from the airport to the hotel. We found the property to be a bit old but well maintained and it had a rustic but welcoming vibe. We had booked a cruise tour to Komodo National Park and they provided free pick up from the hotel.

3 days made fantastic by the wonderful hospitality of this hotel, the rooms were basic but clean and with all the necessary comforts, but what made our stay in Labuan Bajo truly special was the kindness and friendliness of the guys who run it. Super helpful, they accommodated us both with food preferences and with the flexibility of check-out times and the airport shuttle service (which is also free).

Nice, affordable place to play in Labujan Bajo with a restaurant open until 9, the breakfast spread is great if you decide to opt for it, with many Indonesian foods, fried bananas, noodles, and various others buffet style. The room was clean and basic but had AC and a coffee maker. The staff at the restaurant and front desk were very friendly and accommodating. Would recommend it.
