If you want to spoil your vacation, feel free to book here. They will not kindly offer you another room instead of your booked one, they will be rude and will not return your money. My husband and I were shocked! There are plenty of places nearby where you can stay closer to the shore for the same price. Here we were deceived, did not return the money and did not even offer compensation. Disgusting service and rooms.

The most terrible experience! We booked a deluxe room, but instead they gave us a small room with a musty smell, a mattress with iron springs in it, no hot water and almost no internet! When asked why, having booked on booking.com, we did not get our deluxe room, the answer was this: other people are already living in your room. The staff refused to return our money. We had no choice but to accept it, as we were after 6 days of excursion around the island and were terribly tired. By the way, we waited almost an hour for check-in!!!! Complete lack of service. And as icing on the cake, on the day of departure we asked for a late check-out. Instead of 12 am, we asked to leave at 1 pm - but here too we were refused. Do you need this?The good thing is the beautiful view from the restaurant.

Good hospitalityNice view from the restaurant and you can see the sunset.The room like old room, need more renovation and care. Quite clean but for some condition need to be improved. Melted batttery in tv remote.The soap in the bathroom need to be replace.The bed and pillows are clean and fragrantBreakfast quite good and delicious.

We arrived at the hotel and asked if they had rooms available and they said yes. We asked them if we could see the room and know the price and our surprise was that, the very rude staff, by the way, told us that they couldn't show us the room because their BOSS had to give them a price first. The next thing was to ask us which hotel we had been to. and what country we were from, we waited 20 minutes, in the end I told him to write to us on WhatsApp and we are still waiting, we had the price clear through Booking.com, I feel very bad that because you are from another country they want to make fun of you on this shape. For this reason we ruled out the hotel.

The price of the room depends on which country you are from, which hotel you have been to before and then they send this information to the "boss". If you want to go to this hotel, make a reservation through booking and avoid outrageous prices. It's a shame these "classism/racism" practices.
