It is a good hotel if you are going to do activities such as diving or trekking and you don't want to spend a lot. The rooms are simple and the shower has little water but it is fine to take a shower and sleep. It has a free shuttle which is nice since it is remote

We liked this hotel. We stayed there a couple of nights. All-in all would come again. Very good hotel for the price.Pro’sHotel/rooms looks the same as in the pictures. Nice garden in the middle with a fountain with fish.Overall its quiet, sometimes you hear the nearby mosque but inside the room all good for a nice sleep.Room is very clean, everyday porch is cleaned, bed is cleaned, new water bottles.Air-conditioning is very good, room gets cold wuick and stays cool a while even after turning it off.Staff is very friendly.Breakfast is basic but good, toast with eggs. Thee, coffee.They offer (free) drop off and pickup between 07:00 and 21:00 if you want to go to the city centre for exampleIts outside of the city center but we liked that. Scooter is handy to get to places to eat etc quick. Theoretically you could walk, in terms of kilometers everything is fairly close 2 to 4 kilometers. But roads can be steep.Con’sWifi was very poor, in the room almost not usable for anything other than sending whatsapp messages. Outside the room only little bit better.Not much wall sockets in the room, ( in our room only 3) in weird places. One beside the bed and in the bathroom would be nice.

Owner was friendly and the free shuttle from the airport to the accommodation was of course a pleasant bonus. Unfortunately we weren't lucky with the room. Were greeted by a cockroach, the toilet flush didn't work or it was very weak and unfortunately there was a lot of dust everywhere you arrived. It was ok for one night, but we didn't want to stay longer, even though the staff was super friendly.

Amazing place to stay, the staff is really polite. Buffet breakfast is great. For closing the best stay in Labuan bajo they get you from the airport and drive you to the city whenever you want between 7 am to 9pm for free.Perfect place to stay!

Hotel a little out of the center of Labuan Bajo, but the hotel offers a shuttle service to the city center every hour. Unfortunately this service does not work well at all, the shuttle was more than 1h30 late each time...So don't rely on this shuttle if you decide to stay at Komodo boutique hotel.Otherwise decent room and breakfast.

Far from city center. They offer a shuttle to compensate but it stops at 9pm and after you need to ask a taxi or to pay.They also offer shuttle to and from airport but i believe all to it.they were the last to pick us up even with us informing the hour previously.Room clean and OK for an overnight stay.Staff very slow and not properly able to comunicate.Good breakfast.
