For me its a great budget hotel!200k and u can get the sea view from the balcony that are available each levels.But if u want private balcony u can get it in 400k and the room is super spacious!!!!The location is very strategic, right next to la cucina, a very busy italian resto.

WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAID IN INDONESIA . unclean , smelly rooms . bed had a old unclean ripped bedsheets, mattress was uncomfortable nor a real spring mattress. bathroom dirty and full of urinal balls everywhere so you can not smell the leaking toilets. aircon was so filthy the there was no more air going through.if you have no where to sleep and this is the only place left in town … sleep on the street it is more comfortable

The bed isn't really clean, there are no duvet cover, just a sheet. (See Pic). The wifi didn't work at all, and then there where small things like not even a small water bottle, or no lights on the roof top and so on.I definitely had worse room, but probably not for the price.The view from the roof top is really nice tho and the ac worked alright. Best part is the location witch is great.

The air conditioner in the room is a little less cold, overall it's good for staying overnight
