Comfortable hotel located in the center of Ende. To deplore: 1 - the ineffectiveness of the windows in terms of sound insulation, closed or wide open, the noise from the street is the same... 2 - in addition to the noisy street until late at night, the central air conditioning in each room at the foot of each window... and the lighting in the balconies and corridors which must be turned off yourself otherwise they remain on all night (i.e. 1 bedroom window above the door opening onto the hallway...) in short, with all this, hats off to those who manage to fall asleep... Finally, it was difficult for us to communicate with the staff who speak and understand English very poorly.

Simple but questionable welcome (our two interlocutors do not master English very well and contradict each other...)The receptionist's city information is unclear.At first glance the breakfast seems very "square" but ultimately the receptionist in the morning does not take stock of that of the day before (multiple confusions) moreover, the breakfast room is extremely dirty...The rooms are clean without more… aclassic package from a very basic hotel.

Have stayed at this hotel several times. Friendly service, very affordable prices with comfortable facilities 👍👍The only thing lacking is parking facilities because it is very close to the red light.

Good hotel strategic location.But at dawn when I wanted to meet hotel guests, I had difficulty finding the guard to ask for a room.I went up and down the stairs until I was confused looking for the room number, ehehe.But, overall this is one of the best hotels in Ende city.Hopefully the service will be further improved, brothers and sisters 🙏🙏🙏
