A beautiful resort|The location is perfect,the food is great |Every afternoon at the Sunset bar drinks there is happy hour with staff Jeff and jack and it’s is so fun |The pool is really clean and the rooms are comfortable |Definitely recommend staying here

The food is way over price and tasteless. The property itself is nice with sunset view but the again the food is something else. You can get better food outside.

The pictures on here speak for themselves so let’s start with the negative:Hotel ignored my birthday; was informed about it during the booking already. Didn’t ask if any arrangements should be made; no birthday congratulation was given either.Restaurant - had hair in food in more than one occasion. Kitchen and toilet wall does not go to the ceiling eg in the toilet you can smell how they prepare the food and am sure also the toilet bacteria go to the toilet.Pizza night is great but only vegetarian seafood and pork? No chicken or halal option? That was a bummer.One day the restaurant was smelling the entire morning of sewage.Food in general was alright but execution was hit and miss eg the Acai Bowl aka Seed Booster tasted different each time and seemed to have less and less Acai each time.Chicken used in their curries had a lot of knuckle.Sleeping in peace didn’t happen - music on the first night went on loudly till 2.40 am.Tried to contact reception at 11.30 pm but only to find out they respond only till 10 pm. Next day was told that it was a town party. No advance information or apology was given.When I booked I was quoted 400k for an airport transfer; 2 months later when the stay approached I was told it changed to 700k. Ended up taking an outside transport for a fraction of the price.Asked about activities they offered; Army who is in charge of it; said they don’t have any pamphlet or written information. But two months before they send one… prices nevertheless prohibitive and a rip off; booked out island tours outside for 70% less.There were kids in the resort which would uskqlly be very loud; especially near the pool.WiFi was sometimes very weak or gone; No TV in room.No option to put a DND sign to the room. Has housekeeping in the room when we didn’t want them. Turnaround service eg preparing mosquito net happened only on the first night but not on the following two nights. That was strange.Rooms lackPrivacy in general; as from the windows can be seen in unless curtain closed.Birds at night woke us up several time especially around 4 am when they went intoHyper mode.Outdoor gym was alright.Beware the hotel is around 2h from the ferry port away.

Stunning location, staff are all wonderful, food and drinks were all amazing!! I could not recommend this accomodation more. Thanks to all the staff, we hope to be back again soon ❤️

Beyond expectation. Poor toilet amenities. Limited breakfast. Not worthed for the price. Better budget hotel. Overall just excellent service.

Very good home made ice cream

Bad experience with check-in & checkout experience because their terminal payments do not work well and it was stressful especially in the checkout because I did not want to miss the ferry ! …

Stayed at Seed Resort and was amazed by their pool. The sunset looked like a painting and was incredibly beautiful.We stayed in a beachfront bungalow. It had the best view and the room was very comfortable and clean. The spacious outdoor bathroom provided a unique experience in Rote.The food was okay and the restaurant gets busy in the evening. Unfortunately, they open the pool to outside guests who aren't staying at the resort, which means less privacy for guests.
