The rooms and atmosphere are quite comfortable and cool in general in Batu City, friendly service, facilities for making your own tea and coffee in the public kitchen. Recommended for solo travelers or families with a tight budget. The location is very close to Alun2 Batu and next to Pas Imdomaret. The view on the terrace is quite good, there is a fish pond too. Just a suggestion for room number 16, please fix the bathroom because the drain hole is higher than the floor and it takes a long time for the warm water to come out.

Stayed here twice. I'm welcome to come in at 12 noon. Cost 200 thousand. Location is close to Batu Square, in front of Mie Gacoan and behind Indomaret. there is a public kitchen for cooking. In the room provided 2 bottles of club water, sugar sachets, coffee and tea sachets. 2 towels, laundry bag and room slippers are available.

The room is quite clean, the place is nice, close to Batu Square..almost 1 week SE x AQ staying here..only sometimes there is a problem with the hot water..sometimes it doesn't work🤣..hopefully getting to the front is better LG...but for all in all 👍👍👍...the main thing is that you can't lose by staying here...for the omah etan...don't give up if you always visit❤️

The place is really worth it, the key is that it is close to Batu Square, so you don't need to take a vehicle to go anywhere, it is close to Indomaret plus Gacoan.The facilities are really woke, there is an en suite bathroom, slippers, tissue, towels, there are additional kitchen facilities so it's nice if you want to make noodles.If you want your car to be safe, you'll just leave the keys with the receptionist, then they'll arrange for you to get in and out because there's not enough parking space.Additionally, you can see a really nice view on the rooftop on the 3rd floor, the front can see Arjuno, the back can see Panderman, wow, that's great.My advice is don't increase the price if it's busy, because that will really affect consumers, an increase of just 10 thousand has the same effect as other thoughts, the price is already really good, aka cheap, but that's the main choice for consumers too.really good, Omah Etan.and finally, everything is clean, especially the kitchen, it's common but rarely clean unless the manager isn't clean

Ordinary accommodation is just enough for rest. TV doesn't work smoothly, hot water doesn't work. Toilet cleanliness may need to be scrubbed more to remove ceramic stains. The employees were friendly, it was just a miscommunication even though I had booked + BF but it was written on the FO that it wasn't there so I had to show proof that the invoice had just been made. Make quite a delicious breakfast menu. The mattress is okay, the towels are okay, there is soap too, only there is no toothbrush + paste. But you can buy it at Indomaret next to the inn. You can cook yourself in the kitchen provided. Strategic location

Thank God... Simple, comfortable accommodation 😊stayed overnight for 2 days because I wanted to go on holiday to Jatim Parkthe room is clean, there is a TV, no AC but it's really cold.the bathroom is clean, the water heater is working, although in room number 5 the hot water takes a long time, for room number 1 the hot water comes out quickly.there is also a shared kitchen, you can cook in the kitchen.Parallel car parking, keys left at reception. because parking space is limited, but enough for 6 cars.the location is close to Batu City Square, next to Indomaret, close to Mie Gacoan, if you want to go to the prayer room outside, it's also close, just walk.thank you, good luck always 😊

I will stay here again if I go to Batu, the place is comfortable, the strategic location is very close to Batu Square, next to Indomaret when my mother has it too, her mother is also friendly and really nice. at that price, it's really worth it!!!
