Stay 1 night in a superior room at a price of 750 thousand not including tax from the app. The AC is not cold. I asked to be moved to another room, and it turned out the condition of the AC was the same, so in the end I didn't move.Buffet breakfast but the menu is very, very simple, the food stall is better and has lots of choices compared to this hotel's restaurant, and at mealtimes the guard waits for you just to "look after". With minimal facilities and with no view, minimal breakfast, the room air conditioner is not cold, the price of 750 thousand is very expensive compared to hotels throughout Indonesia

Ok for a night.Breakfast is not good (not even milk for the lame coffee), no wifi in the lobby and some rooms have no windows. No pool or facilities. Relatively far from the harbour. No beer.But it's clean and staff is helpful.

Strategic location. Rooms are spacious and clean. Standard facilities. There is a water heater, coffee, tea, sugar, hot water. WiFi is available, although it is not fast enough. Buffet breakfast, although simple but tastes pretty good. Even though the price is quite expensive compared to other areas. In other places eating 60prb has already got 4 stars. But in Labuan Bajo the average hotel rate is indeed high. At least this hotel is comfortable

If you are looking for a place just for staying, this hotel is good enough for you. There is hot water bath in the room. The breakfast is fair enough. There is no other facilities in the hotel

Clean and comfortable Hotel , right in the heart of Labuan Bajo without Loud Morning Prayer from surrounding areas...Brekafast is simple , Indonesian Selection though...Staff amd the Manager named Hendra so professional amd very accomodatif nothing is beyond reach...π

Good. Price ok. The rooms are quite spacious. There is an elevator, hotel slippers, toiletries, warm water, enough buffet breakfast. You can walk to shop or eat. So far I'm satisfied staying here. Thanks..

Location is ok, there's a mini mart besides the hotel. Few restaurants are also here. If you walk a little bit, you can find street food. There's a big supermarket near this hotel (in Labuan Square). The room is ok, it's big. Bathroom is also big. They have an elevator, but it doesn't work when we came. They have someone to carry your luggage. Breakfast...basic, taste is so so. You can go to Bukit / Puncak Waringin by walking from here.

I found this hotel suddenly, immediately checked in via the lobby because I was forced to stay overnight in Labuan Bajo due to ship delays.The appearance of the lobby looks simple with plastic chairs. However, when in the room, the atmosphere is luxurious and comfortable to rest. I ordered a family room. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are spacious. The rooms are also neat and clean.Satisfactory service. The receptionist was very friendly and informative. Booked a room, was told you could have breakfast for everyone (Fyi, I'm a group of 4). Breakfast is also complete, there are fried rice noodles, sausages, vegetables, bread and jam.Overall, staying here is satisfying. Even though it is less popular than other hotels, don't hesitate to come here because my experience here was very pleasant. If you just rest, you can stop by here. The location is also in the city center so it is close to everywhere.
