The price is very affordable, the room provided is good, the mattress is very comfortable and quite clean. The hotel also provides breakfast and the employees are quite friendly. Some things that might disturb the experience of staying here are the hot water which lasts for a very short time (ยฑ2 minutes) and then turns back to cold water and you have to wait another 20 minutes. It would be better if the hot water problem could be fixed considering that the city is very cold. The hotel is next to a school so on weekdays the noise from the school is very disturbing for customers' comfort.

Facilities according to price.. Rp. 205,000.. Got breakfast with nasgor, hot shower because Ruteng is cold, spacious room, soap, towels, tea, heater.. Worth it.. Moreover, the view is good

Homestay far from everything, service not the best and cleanliness very limited. Our driver took us to dinner in the car. We had to figure out how to get breakfast the next day. The view of the rice fields behind is not bad though :-)

After a drive from Labuan bajo to Ruteng we arrived at the Spring Hill hotel. As it turned out, this was the most luxurious hotel on the journey from Labuanbajo to Maumere.ย โฆ

The room was nice and spacious, but there were a few small animals coming in like crickets. But, its ok. It took a long time to wait for hot water, I couldn't help but take a cold shower like an ice bath. The floor is dirty with lots of dust. Good sleep. The view from the main location is good.

In terms of view, it has views of the surrounding rice fields, the atmosphere around the hotel is very calm and comfortable, located outside the center of Ruteng city... easy to access

Hotel FX 72 is located approximately 10 minutes from the Ruteng urban area. Initially I was a little hesitant to stay at this place because there were a few damaged roads and it felt a bit far from the city center. However, when we crossed the same road and area in the morning, it turned out that it was not as bad or far away as imagined. Hope the road will be repaired soon.The area is calm and beautiful, far from the noise of the city. There are beautiful rice fields and mountains next to the accommodation with beautiful clouds. The view is very peaceful. The chirping of birds in the morning and the sound of crickets in the evening make us forget about the busy schedule.The rooms are clean and comfortable. Of course the air is very cold, but blankets and warm water are provided. Even though sometimes we need to be patient waiting for the water to get hot, it is suitable for accommodation at a price of 250 thousand per night in Ruteng.The accommodation also provides towels and bath soap.Apart from that, breakfast is also provided with a menu of fried rice, fried egg, hot coffee or tea. Simple but the advantage of this place is its good service. The workers are very friendly and smiling. They are ready to help if there are difficulties.Overall, with a limited budget, the FX 72 hotel is able to provide the best service.

It is recommended to spend the night here in a cool, mountainous atmosphere with good views, don't forget to prepare a jacket because the air is quite cold.
