Cleanest room and bed sheets across my travels in Indonesia. Powerful AC. Bathroom had a smell to it, which was the only negative and I hope they look into this (room 105 I think- first room on the left). Need to ride a motorbike/get grab for a short drive (5mins) into the main area. If youโre staying for a short period of time then this is a good option!

Nice people, good help, rooms are clean and the bed is very comfortable! Reasonably close to the center, it takes a bit longer to walk, but it can be done with a scooter or Grab!

Definitely the best hotel I have stayed at in Indonesia.The hotel was super clean, bed sheets clean, floor and room finishing on the whole very good by local standards, good wifi, good air con, friendly staff.I was very impressed and thoroughly enjoyed my stay here.

A very pleasant hotel, for those on holiday in Bajo and looking for a quiet place to rest, it is highly recommended hereThe rooms are very good, the AC is cold, the bathroom is cleanStaff who are ready at any time and very helpfulFor hotel locations from the airport, there are several hotel signs on the main road that can be followedHave motorbike rental facilities and tour packages (we didn't try the tour)The best, dangke!

The new hotel is close to the airport and city center, the rooms are comfortable, the hotel staff are friendly and helpful, thank you to El Mar's brother who helped me find a motorbike to rent... next time I want to come here again if I go to Labuan Bajo...๐

The room is new, clean. The bathroom is also new. There is everything you need.The clkmatization works perfectly. Beds comfortable. 5 minutes' walk to a shop or restaurant, 15-20 minutes' walk to the airport.

We stayed here a couple of nights to go to komodo island ofcourse. We were not sure about this place because not many reviews yet but they will come! Because this is a great place to stay!First of all (I think owner?) is super nice! He made sure we had a good time staying there and on the island. He is very helpfull. He made us feel very welcome and comfortabel.We had to book a komodo tour and we were not sure where to go because we wanted to make sure we went with a good organisation. The owner offered he could organise a tour. Turned out to be with a very good company and we had an amazing day!About the hotel. It is very nice and clean. The room we had is small but cozy and clean. There is towels provided that also are clean. They provide slippers although there was one pair for 2 people and that pair got taken by the housekeeping. I'm sure if we asked we couldve gotten new ones but it was no problem for us.The shower had a boiler so that means limited hot water so don't shower to long so your partner also has hot water! The room has very good air-conditioning.The stay has a home vibe and I really liked it. I already miss it. Our stay on the island was perfect and I wish we couldve stayed longer!We will come back here if we visit again! Thank u sir!

Stayed here in August 2024 when it wasn't fully operational so there wasn't any WiFi yet, hopefully the next time we come here it will be complete (because the signal is a bit difficult even from Telkomsel)Pros:+ The bathroom is clean+ Payment can be via QRIS+ Friendly staff & fast checkout process+ The building is very new, the AC is still very cold+ There are still promotionsCons:- There is no TV, but nowadays you can do anything from your cellphone- The hotel room is a bit small and -- The room key is still manual, make sure don't lose it- The location is a bit hidden in a residential area
