I swear I really regret coming here.. Minus service asking for additional admin money even though it's already been paid in the Reddzor application.. I wanted to add more hours, they said 25k per hour but asked for 2 hours, they told me to add 120.. dirty, dirty poll, lots of stains, don't know what marks, na'udzubillah really ðŸ˜ðŸ˜kl g Because I checked in wrongly, I came here

The room was dirty, there were lots of blood stains on the sheets and bed covers, the water sink was small and leaked, soap/toothbrushes weren't provided, the AC wasn't cold enough, the TV couldn't be turned on, strangely enough I was asked for additional money on the grounds that it was for room service, the service was also lacking

The room is large for the Deluxe Twin type, then in the room there is WIFI, TV, AC, and 1 towel is provided. Unfortunately the bed and bed sheets + blanket were not suitable for use because they were rickety and dirty and stained. Then there are no trash bins provided in the rooms.

The room was very shabby, up until then they were still asked for money to have it like that even though there was no service whatsoever, the bed cover was dirty with blood marks and was still being used, the pillow was moldy and smelled of sweat, it was called Reddoorz but the pillow and it said OYO, at that price you should be able to get it much better, my mistake was not looking at the reviews before ordering, if there were 0 stars, AQ would give 0 stars
