Very disappointing. This guest house is no longer part of OYO. Very bad service, especially the one named Vira. I checked in to pay at the hotel with CS Vira in the afternoon but I wasn't allowed to pay at that time, they said I could only pay in the afternoon. When I changed shifts at 3 in the afternoon, I came to check in with a CS named Reta who said the room was full. Reta doesn't know because Vira didn't tell her. Please Mr Novan as the manager, educate the CS, especially her name is Vira. Don't play tricks on guests. So bad!

The worst hotel service I have ever encountered. I booked via the Agoda application a WEEK before the check-in date, but when I arrived at the hotel the receptionist said the ROOM WAS FULL without contacting me via email or telephone. The receptionist also didn't help at all, just said the hotel couldn't help and could ask for a refund from Agoda?? The receptionist and hotel staff are not professional and don't prioritize customers, instead they are hands off as if they don't know anything. Even though I had traveled a long way from outside the city and was forced to look for another hotel because the hotel did not provide clarity, which also took a lot of time and energy. If you want to earn money that is blessed, don't harm other people's time and money like that.

Very bad. Had booked one week before, suddenly it was canceled without any notification. There was no solution from the hotel and it seemed hands-off. The receptionist did not provide further information regarding the problem and was very unhelpful, seemed uncaring 👎

A "Yahhhhh" cheap place to stay. Cheap prices, available parking, easy access, and close to many places to hang out. The room is quite okay, you can get towels, the water heater is also on according to function. But I don't know if this is my bad luck or what, when I was staying here I got several smelly rooms (because at that time I was staying with a group). The only complaint was that they were given room freshener. The AC remote in my room was broken, the TV didn't show a picture, and the bed sheets needed to be kept clean. Hopefully it will be fixed soon.

Book this hotel via RD, don't use other applications. Because other applications still use orders via OYO, even though this Guest House no longer collaborates with OYO. Instead of taking care of a refund or even losing it.

There is no place to boil water.When I ordered via the OYO application and I transferred it, it was successful. Then when I arrived at the location, the receptionist said that it had been more than 6 months and apparently the partner had broken up with OYO, as a result the receptionist told me to refund via OYO live chat, the place was not clean, there was no ventilation, it made me short of breath. And the place is combined with a cafe, so you have to take turns entering the elevator, you should just be alone,
