Highly recommended for those looking for a homestay with a star hotel feelWith that price, it's really worth it for the serviceThe location is very close to Matos, if you want to find something to eat, it's easy to do laundry and just walkThe minimarket is also close at the end of the alley, basically close to everywhereThe crew is friendly from the receptionist to the cleaning crewIf you want to clean your room, you won't be charged at allBTW, that's the view from the balcony on the 3rd floor, it looks like Matos and UB are really closeNext time I go to Malang, I want to stay here again π

The room is spacious, neat, the TV is on well, the bed is soft, the AC is cold. The bathroom is also clean, there is warm water. If you get to the top floor you can see Mount Arjuna and Kawi. Viewing the sunset from the balcony is also good. Prices are relatively easy. Friendly receptionist. Location in the city center, close to everywhere.

Rooms are spacious and clean. Friendly receptionist. Location near Malang State University, Brawijaya University and Malang Town Square. If you want to go to Indomaret, Waroeng Steak or Nakoa cafe, just walk. There are no breakfast facilities, but that's not a big deal because you can order breakfast via Gofood or Shopeefood. So far it's been quite enjoyable and I've stayed at Ratu Homestay several times.

Even in the bathroom I feel at home for a long timeThe bed and pillows are comfortable, the sheets are clean, the towels are also clean and thick. I brought my own toiletriesIt's not sophisticated, it still uses ordinary keys, but I really like this place. Even though the TV broadcast is limitedThe AC is cold and not noisyThe shower runs smoothly, the warm water works well and the water is strongStrategic location, there is a covered parking area and a 24 hour receptionist, very friendly even though I'm fussy about calling all the time. Ratu Homestay is a pretty good accommodation in Malang, both in terms of rooms, service and the very strategic location of the homestay. Close to everywhere, making it easy to walk around. The only thing that can be said is that the bathroom (toilet) is stuffy and smells bad. Maybe in the future there will have to be improvements to this. But overall it's all very good.

A guesthouse that is equivalent to a hotel, there is an elevator, indoor parking so it is safe from rain and heat, strategic location near the campus and mall, if you want to find culinary delights it is also close by. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, the AC is cold, the wifi is good on the 3rd floor. Some rooms have also been upgraded to new, more eye-catching types.The TV channels are varied. The toiletries are not bad, there are hitters for making coffee or tea, there are dispensers on each floor.The view is also really cool from the balcony, even though there are no windows facing out in the room.Overall, at a price of around 200, it is really worth it.If possible, book far in advance, because it's often very full...

Stayed here during a reunion. The location is easy to find near the mall where you can eat.Neatly clean place, free refill of hot and cold mineral water, free tea and coffee. And free view of the twilight sky in the afternoon.The officer is friendly, checkout doesn't have to wait long.Not bad for treating poor homesickness.
