Since several years ago I have often stayed here, the more I come here, the more I feel like the H2 room. The AC hasn't been cold for a long time, the water is running low, there are no towels available, no soap/shampoo is provided anymore, prices have increased and rules apply for fines for guests. But it is not balanced with improvements in facilities, hopefully in the future it can be even better.

The place is quite calm but the maintenance needs to be improved! At least there is an official note or stamp if there is an additional fee of 50k for an inside bathroom, the best suggestion is that booking via Traveloka should already be set, and there is information about which rooms have inside bathrooms and which don't have bathrooms, the price is different too, so customers I don't feel like I'm being charged with unclear extortion

My friend and I booked via Oyo on December 31st but when we got there the reason was that it was full even though we had already paid, and we tried to stay overnight on Saturday January 1st and it said it was full too, but then we couldn't get our money back and the reply took a really long time. The reason was that he said he couldn't get his money back because he ordered via Traveloka, even though we still had proof of booking via Oyo, we asked for our money back, because there was no responsibility.
