To be very honest, there’s something really unique about catching beautiful sunrises and sunsets here. It’s walking distance to the lake and secluded from the buzzing areas. Ketut and Jimmy were the most patient and helpful hosts and I couldn’t thank them enough for being so genuine and willing in offering their services. The rooms were decent enough and we had a comfortable stay. No complaints here :)

great value for this price.they even have their own hot springs so you don't need to go to 500k to another place.hosts are great, Ketut and her family are so welcoming. They offered some hiking and keep your for fair prices

Great rooms, great hosts, amazing view!There's a lake close by that's perfect for rock tossing and just enjoying the view! There's also a nice little pool in the middle of the villa.The only downside are the abundance of flies, but I think that's more of a Kintamani problem than a villa problem.

SCAM - SCAM! ❌ First of all I want to clarify that the woman who works at the accommodation was super kind to us and tried to help us at all times.Don't believe the photos, they are not updated. We paid for this accommodation because we fell in love with the views shown on booking, but it turns out that there is construction exactly in front of the accommodation.The work started 3 months ago so they have had plenty of time to update the photos, write an honest description or lower the price, but they have not done so.The rooms are nice and clean but the bathroom is very bad. The shower floor is black with mold, there was almost no water, and the toilet didn't work so we couldn't flush.We made the claim and asked for a refund, to which they responded that they were going to return half of the money in exchange for not leaving a complaint review and keeping it secret, to which we flatly refused and repudiated their dishonesty.They also asked us to clean the room for the next guests... this means that the next guests will use the same unwashed sheets and towels that we used!The icing on the cake was when before we left, a man who works there came out angry, throwing us out and telling us “I don't want to see your face again here, I don't like you”… when we were super cordial with him staff at all times. We understand that the problem is with the owner, not with them. but that was already too much.The owner of this place is cheating, DISHONEST, and his accommodation is a lie.

We booked 2 rooms, it was a bit noisy with sand trucks passing by one by one because there was construction in front of the hotel, the location was a bit inside and the road was a bit damaged, the food was incomplete, so we decided to eat out, and rent a motorbike at the hotel for 50k + buy more petrol for 2 hours of use, in our opinion it is very expensive. the room was not clean, the toilet and bathroom looked very dirty, poorly maintained and only cleaned sparingly, lots of ants and flies, the fried rice was tasteless, so we decided to check out in the morning and not order breakfast, because we weren't sure about the taste of the food.

At first, I would like to thank ketut and nyoman for the warm welcome. We have been very well received and rarely come across such sweet and warm people in our lives. A super nice place, especially if you want to climb the Mount Batur. There was a hot spring and the place radiated peace and tranquility, just like ketut and nyoman. In addition, the accommodation is provided with good food and good facilities. Another plus for us was that there was a mosquito net over our bed. In short, we had wonderful days and had a nice rest, which was mainly due to the lovely owners and their nice place.

The service was slow and the rooms weren't ready when we arrived even though we had booked beforehand, then we complained and the answer was that if it doesn't match what you want, please look for another place...The breakfast that came didn't arrive at the time you wanted and the food that came was cold 👍👍👎👎

I kind of regretted going to Kintamani Paradise because when I arrived at this place I had not been prepared and was told there was no booking, even though I had booked this room 2 days before checking in even though all the rooms were empty, and there were lots of flies, 👎👎

The location is very remote, it's hard to find food, breakfast only has fried rice and fried noodles and you get the bonus of flies. The sound from the room was very loud, the bathroom next door was smelly. Overall I don't recommend it and won't be going back

The view at night is extraordinarily beautiful, and in the morning the pool is warm for a dip in the early hours. The rooms are quite good, and the service is very painstaking. Highly recommended

Kintamani nightmareBesides the amazing view of Batur lake, it might be the worst and most disgusting hotel/bungalow experience I ever had in my life. We stayed in six different locations in Bali and this was the worst experience I had in bali. We feel scammed and it is definitely a waste of time to stay kintamani paradiseBathroom sink didn't work the first two days, but they eventually fixed it.Every time you take a shower there is water everywhere.Kintamani paradise so -called hot spring. It's just a small pool, nothing else and we didn't go into the hot spring because it was dirty. It might be the most disgusting hot spring I ever seen in my life.They are stingy with breakfast. We only got one pancake each. Generally the breakfast was terrible.Otherwise the room is fine and the bed is clean, but the bathroom is terrible.We also suddenly had ants in our room and we asked to be removed to another room. We have changed rooms three times in 3 days.ms ketut is really sweet, helpful and servicemindid. If you need anything or questions you can always ask her. But the rest of the employees/crew are useless. They don't care about the guest or the place. There is no service at all.For the price you don't get any value for the money. A good advice: save your time and money. Stay away from this place. It's not worth it

My family and I were very disappointed with the service and facilities here, we already had booked 4 rooms next to each other because we were going to have a birthday party, but when we got there we were told that one room had to be in a different room. because the place we agreed on apparently already had other customers and the answer was because they forgot to tell me. Regarding facilities, 3 rooms are next to each other, some have extra beds some don't, some have fans some don't, some have door locks some don't, then I want to ask again about fans for another room, the answer is that this room shouldn't have an extra bed or fan, but the staff forgot to take it. the room had a lot of dust and the floor was dirty, the toilet smelled of urine there as if there were no cleaning preparations when guests checked in. and again ordered breakfast from 3 rooms of fried rice and fried noodles but all that came was fried rice 😅 okay, I appreciate it because he gave us 4 bundles of firewood as a complimentary. but there is still a feeling of disappointment because it was not suitable from the start. In the future, there should be no more miscommunication like this with staff and owners, must be able to improve management so that it flow smoothly and customers feel happy on holiday and have the intention to return there again

The service is incomplete. The room was not ready (the towels were not ready) when the guests arrived. There are many food menus, but the only thing available is fried rice. The bathroom smells a bit, it can be smelled all the way to the room.

Great spot with a great family vibe. Ketut was the best host and took care of us at all times, we were amazed with our rooms and with the surprise that the swimming pool is a spring water which felt amazing after a long day of hiking or other activities.

Beautiful location, kind of remote to get to. The host was very kind and made delicious breakfast. However, the flies were so bad we had to eat in our room and couldn’t enjoy the hot spring much. We additionally woke up to a rat running around the room and the smell of rat droppings/ urine.
