The location of the view room is all really good, really for healing, we are all happy, but the bad comments are that our breakfast took so long that I looked forward to it, it wasn't very good, the portions were like for children, it seemed like there was only breakfast, they said they would provide carpet, but there wasn't any at all. 1 staff also monitored us, we stayed there like we were hanging around, no one cared, the food wasn't warm, there were lots of flies that landed on our food when I checked in because it took so long to take out the breakfast at 8 am and it wasn't ready when we checked in. We asked for an extra bed, there was no time provided. When we checked out, we weren't served until I looked in front of us, we went back and forth to ask for this and that, ouch, please improve the service for flies, maybe there could be an antidote, right, it's a shame, the location is very good with a very beautiful view, but it's ruined by bad service, oh yes, at our breakfast We also didn't give them a drink of sukur, we brought coffee, tea, water, if we didn't bring it, we drank sulfur waterNote: we take a lot of elderly people and some use wheelchairs but the service there is minimal

Very strategic locationIt's not difficult to find other accommodation. The villa keeper is very friendly. Warm water swimming pool with a beautiful view... the large yard is very comfortable for children to play. Please improve the cleanliness of the rooms...

I booked this place by phone number from Google, my booking was 1 month old and I already had a down payment, when I got there I was moved to a place quite far away, for no apparent reason I was moved and I was notified on the day 2 hours before I arrived, the owner was angry - Angry is unclear as if we were in the wrong, if you want the blessings of honest work, don't just think about profits. Hopefully you will get a reply from God!!!

Very disappointing . My husband and I had booked but at 8pm when we got there the room wasn't ready... the employee's excuse was because there was no information, while the owner said it was because there was a late check out.

We booked 2 rooms, we agreed that there would be no prepayment because... There are no working cards (from Russia), but on the day of check-in at 13:00 (check-in is from 14:00) I wrote that they had an error and that there were no places. I had to urgently look for other options, which was difficult because... it was the weekend

The experience of staying at Segara Healing this time was not satisfactory. I and two friends booked via Agoda, then when I wanted to check in on the day, we were initially offered a unit upgrade at an additional cost of 100 thousand. After we checked again, Agoda stated that the maximum was 3 adults, so we chose not to upgrade. But the staff offered to upgrade the unit without additional costs, so we agreed because we thought it was still the same location. After arriving at the place, it turned out that the room was full so the three of us were placed in another villa unit which was not Segara Healing and the location was quite far, around 2km.Breakfast came late because the vegetable seller had not arrived. Even though what we asked for was only fried rice. The drinks that came also did not match what was requested. The taste of the food is very bland like it is not seasoned.In the future, please manage it well if you collaborate with online booking platforms such as Agoda, etc.Thanks.

Truly a healing place. As the name suggests..Cool, feels like the Balinese version of Switzerland.There are 2 hot spring pools which are very comfortable.The only calm atmosphere was the sound of the strong wind.The bathroom water has to be opened for a long time to get hot water, because the hot water comes directly from the Mount Batur spring.The air reaches 17° at nightThe room is warm even when it's 17° outsideHopefully in the future there will be a hot water kettle prepared in the room. Because the air is so cold, you need a hot drink at night. Otherwise, it's really okay.The owner is friendly. Breakfast is okay.If there is a chance, I will definitely come back again.
