“An unforgettable stay at the foot of Batur mountain”I had an exceptional stay in this hotel located near Batur mountain. The warm welcome and kindness of the family who runs the establishment made our experience even more special. Always available and helpful.The place is perfect for exploring the surrounding areas, including Mount Batur, with breathtaking landscapes. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and the setting is peaceful. I recommend this hotel 100% for an authentic and memorable stay in the center of Bali!

Don't book this place if you don't want to find yourself homeless in the middle of the night in Kintamani. Don't book this place if you don't want to get a bait and switch, ripped off to another guest house in poor condition.We booked this place and arrived at the property by night. Unbeknownst to us, our room was sold to another guest that booked after us and we were left stranded with no place to stay in the middle of the night. The owner said the place was overbooked, which shouldn't have happened in the first place as we already booked first earlier, with the owner confirming that a room was available when we booked.The owner then offered us to stay in another guest house owned by one of his friends. We were hesitant at first, but left with no other options late at night with the whole Kintamani fully booked, and convinced by the property staff that our stay at the other guesthouse will be paid for as compensantion.It turns out that we were baited to another guesthouse with very dirty and poor condition (with rats in the attic). The compensation that the guesthouse initially promised was also a lie, then we were accused by the owner of wanting a free stay. We were also taken advantage of in this situation as we were asked to pay a marked up 2x the normal price of this poor condition guesthouse (we checked the normal rate online).The owner was also very aggressive and obnoxious the whole time towards us. It's unimaginable for us that the owner had the audacity to try to make another buck and rip us off with our condition of not having a place stay close to midnight.I have lived in Bali for 2 years, and this is the #1 worst hospitality that I have ever encountered. Such a shame that our trip to such a beautiful place Kintamani was ruined by greedy guesthouse owners.
