Highly recommended to stay here. Clean rooms, very calm atmosphere. The staff is friendly and very quick when we need anything..Maybe something needs to be repaired a little, there are some plugs that are dead (no electricity) maybe you can cross check with the electrician for the family room, but so far it doesn't bother me and my family staying here.Next I will come here againMaintain the service and success always!!

One stop shop for your Batur adventure- charming glamping style accomodation (with excellent hot shower). Lovely gardens with pool and comfortable seating to sit back and enjoy views of the volcano. Decent not spectacular brekkie and dinner (long wait time). Will also organise your trek/jeep tour for a good price with excellent local guides.Location is good in that it’s very close to the start of trek so a slightly later start time for trekking but away from many restaurants etc. Kind owners gave us a complimentary drop off and pick up to the hot springs by lake batur where you can have a nice lunch on the lake.There were flies in the area during the stay but this is no fault of the accomodation. Just take precautions and don’t leave your door open.Lovely stay with a bit of X-factor and kind staff.

Hello #Agoda,We stayed at this hotel from Sept 21st to 23rd, 2024. Yes, the location is decent with facilities nearby, but that's where the positives end.The staff is untrained. The room? Filthy. We found **bedbugs**—yes, actual bedbugs! When we reported it, all they did was change the sheets, like that’s enough. To make things worse, the lighting in both the room and bathroom was so poor, it was practically impossible to navigate at night.Oh, and be prepared for the constant noise of insects since the hotel is right next to a farm. The owner is very helpful.*Note:* Breakfast is limited with pre-design menu options. Breakfast and Lunch/Dinner was nicely served.

I had an amazing stay at Batur Panorama! The owners, who also run the hotel, made us feel right at home with their friendliness. The view over the mountains is breathtaking, and the rooms were spotless. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend!

We stayed at Batur Panorama for a very short time, just one night and we left at 5 in the morning. The guys who welcome you are very kind and available to help you in any way. We ate there because objectively going out is not a good idea unless you have a car. Dinner was good, they were really great and even arranged transportation for us the next morning at sunrise. You will have a great view of Batur volcano. The level of cleanliness is ok. The bathroom is in the room but practically outdoors, but we did not encounter any animals.

Very scenic place. Beautiful and welcoming bungalow with everything you need. Exterior with swimming pool and lawn looking directly onto fields and mountains. Isolated: either you have dinner in a restaurant or you can walk to a small and good warung 15 minutes away. They organize climbs to Batur and transfers at good prices

Located in the open countryside at the foot of Mount Batur, far from the hustle and bustle of the Balinese, the setting is exceptional, as are the staff and the food. Their trekking partner, booked through the hotel, is just as nice (ask to have ‘Danté’ as your guide). Thank you again to everyone for your kindness, your professionalism and above all for your joy of living. I totally recommend.
