Mountain Peak Kintamani

Difficult to reach, but beautiful place.They meet you in the Kintamani area and take you by car, because the road to the hotel is very steep and dangerous.There is no territory, the houses are good. For one night, the best thing is to refresh yourself on Kintamani. It wasn't cold at night.The downside is that you can hear everything, and I wouldn’t take breakfast there) it’s too greasy and not very tasty. Simple Balinese coffee.The best thing is to go down for breakfast to the Black lava cafe and have a delicious meal with a beautiful view.There are also no normal shampoos, the refrigerator is empty, there is no minibar.I would like to at least add a bag of coffee. There is a kettle and a hairdryer)

There is very strong audibility in the house, we even heard the neighbors going to the toilet and having sex!!! The roosters woke us up at 6 am. The view from the room to the volcano is obscured by a pillar, which spoils the whole view. It’s very cold in the house, I woke up in the morning and my throat hurts. There is no air conditioning to put it on warm air. The impressions are terrible! I don’t recommend staying there, take care of your nerves 🙏🏼

Very best for the service, ambience, cleanliness toppp. Just for those of you who want to visit here, please don't bring your own vehicle, even if it's a car, if you don't know the terrain, there could be something on the road, the road is slippery, lots of sand, if it rains it's muddy, very steep and small.There is a shuttle and the car is an offroad car haha, it is a fortuner and the driver is very helpful❤️❤️❤️ super friendly and doesn't differentiate between local or international guests🥰The view is okay, the mattress smells good, it's just that the jet sprayer part of the toilet is broken so for us women it's a bit difficult when we finish urinating😅Overall super satisfied, will even come back here again!!!

I absolutely loved my staying here. Room view is outstanding.Staff were incredible helpful and friendly. Room is brand new, clean and super aesthetic which I personally love.There is a nice restaurant walking distance. I had no trouble at the pick up and drop off. Everything about my staying was very good

I'll give it five stars! There are some negatives, but they are outweighed by the nice staff and the house itself.Pros:1. You will be met in a comfortable jeep and driven off-road to the hotel;2. Good house design, panoramic windows, comfortable bed, good bed linen, towels (in my house and in the neighboring house there were bad ones);3. Gorgeous view of Batur 😍Minuses:1. Remove pebbles from the bathroom 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 You can’t go into the bathroom barefoot;2. It’s time to wash the upper windows :)P.S. I had enough hooks and chargers :)) just to remove these terrible stones from the bathroom

Cool location, quite cozy house. Normal large bed, comfortable blankets and pillows.But the rooms have no storage space at all. Not a single shelf, not a single hook. There are also no utensils and very few outlets.At some point we drowned in our things because we pulled everything out and had nowhere to put it 😀But the view is very beautiful, it was worth it.The staff is nice

The hotel is situated on a hillside with poor road conditions. The room lacks adequate storage space and a table for personal belongings. The unit we stayed in had a broken lock that prevented us from removing the key from the door. As a result, we had to exit the room through the front sliding window. The water heater only provided enough hot water for one person to shower at a time. We had to wait for an hour before the water was warm enough for another shower. The loft offered an amazing view. The staff were very friendly

- Staff is very friendly- a comfortable and quiet place and the view is good because you can see Mt Batur- there is no air conditioning so during the day the room feels hot but a fan has been prepared.- no refrigerator- access is very difficult because the steep roads are very dangerous for people who are not used to it, but this is overcome because the accommodation has prepared a car for pick-up and drop-off at the meeting point.- Oh yes, because it's far from the main highway, please prepare lots of snacks so you don't get tired of going back and forth😅

Do not recommend. Some redeeming factors, but not worth it.The good: the location! Stunning views of Mount Batur. Easier wake-up time for sunrise. The staff were exceptionally helpful in organizing our jeep sunrise tour (which is a highlight of our time in Bali) and the shuttles to/from businesses along the main road in Kintamani.The bad: the road to the hotel is terrible and there is only one place to eat nearby that you can walk to. If that restaurant has a private event, you’re out of luck and the only way to know is by walking down the road. This knocks off two stars for location as my partner and I felt trapped and it was not always easy to secure the shuttle around meal time.The hotel is clearly *very* new and is missing key comforts such as window dressings on every window to block out the light, which is necessary since the buildings are perfectly aligned exactly with each other: window to window. So when you’re trying to go to bed early for your sunrise tour and your neighbors are having an all-nighter, their light is in your room.There wasn’t a place to store luggage that wasn’t the ground under the stairs, only one bedside table to place your items, the only surface in the living space was the ottoman for the couch, and no place in the bathroom for toiletries except for the back of the toilet. Very few outlets. In the bedroom, you could have two of the following: charge your phone, run the fan, or have a lamp. It would have been nice to have all three.We so wished for a screen curtain to use on the back door. Or a bug net. The flies in Kintamani are a known thing and the place is designed to be open, but with no way to stop the flies.The ugly: I am a forgiving person and I could overlook those growing pains — but the newness of the hotel extended into the space just not feeling finished to the point of being detrimental to the guests. Especially in the bathroom. There was no doorknob and the floor was made of PILES OF LOOSE ROCKS. This was seemingly done to make the slippery concrete floor less slippery. As a soft-footed person, this meant I was wearing my flip-flops to shower ☹️ and the rocks didn’t drain quickly. Some were lava rocks and absorbed the water. Since someone who stayed before us had clearly peed in the shower, any time we showered the entire space would SMELL OF PEE FOR HOURS as the only ventilation was a window in the bathroom the size of a shoebox. There were a multitude of air fresheners in the bathroom when we arrived, “citrus fresh”, that just made the smell worse. To top it all off, the hot water would run out in 3 minutes unless you took a navy shower, then you had 10 minutes of hot water. We discovered this by accident when the hot water ran out during the first shower, we were not warned ahead of time.Of course, I spoke to management about this. Their solution was to come and take the air fresheners away.Not once was our room cleaned. To make space, we placed our glasses from our welcome drinks on the table outside, and they were there when we left - now full of fly carcasses.We were never given more drinking water and had we not brought our own, I am not sure what we would have done.I continued to level-up my feedback to the on-site manager and the owner via WhatsApp. Nothing was done to address any issues except to tell me that’s how the hot water was expected to work. When I asked for a partial refund since my expectations as a customer were not met, I was ignored.I have never received this type of treatment in my life.It truly felt like the owner was trying to make as much money as possible while the hotel was still in process of being built by making the customers deal with the shortcomings. The staff were lovely, but it was clear that the directive was to ignore any potential problems and only focus on the positives.I wish I had more photographs of the window to window alignment, but I was so tired after nights of lots of light in my room, I forgot to take them.We couldn’t wait to leave. Do not recommend.
