Pleasant accommodation with its natural hot water swimming pool.The owner is very pleasant, as are the young people who work there. Some people don't speak English well, but a person who speaks English well is always not far away.The staff is helpful, the view is beautiful.

Our stay at this hotel was disappointing for the price.The biggest issue was the overwhelming number of flies—both inside and outside the cabin. I know it’s natural, but providing a fly swatter would’ve helped, especially when trying to enjoy the private hot tub.The facilities were very basic compared to other, cheaper hotels we stayed at in Indonesia. The cabin walls were thin, so we could hear our neighbors clearly, which impacted privacy.While the hotel’s proximity to Mount Batur was convenient for our hike, it felt forced since the hotel is so isolated. No taxis, Grab, or Gojek could reach us, so we had no choice but to walk the 15 km round trip to the summit and back. Honestly, it’s better to do Mount Batur directly from Ubud, as Kintamani is not very appealing.The Wi-Fi was painfully slow, adding to the frustration.On a positive note, the staff was lovely, and I feel bad leaving this review because of their kindness. But if you’re reading this, save yourself and book somewhere else!

1. The road to a narrow location, damaged road, far from the main road.2. The hot water is reported to be 36 degrees, but what comes out of the tap means that what is in the pool remains cold, it doesn't count if the water is no longer warm in the pool.3. Management services use poor language in delivery.4. Lots of flies in the hotel and rooms, after confirming the answer, we had been told beforehand and asked us to read the information without further solutions so it was uncomfortable being in the room and outside the room which was full of flies.5. There are dogs who like to come in and out without guarding them.Sorry, I'm tired of staying again at this place. Thanks

Owner tried overcharging us for bikes, then threatened us and our grab driver because we went for the cheaper option of the grab instead of local taxi, he proceeded to bully our grab driver so much he wouldn’t take us and we were left stranded on the main road, be careful if the owner is present

The structure is comfy. You can sleep and stay in a very relaxing place. There is a very warm pool that is fantastic. You can also have dinner here. The food is very good, but the selection is limited.During the evening the staff organizes a fire where you can grill corn. We really enjoyed this: you can stay near the fire watching the stars, the lake and the mountains.Finally the staff is very gentle, they are very helpful in supporting the guests.There are a lot of flies. However this issue affects all the Danau Batur area. It is a problem of the whole zone and It does not depend on the structure.

The way in is more difficult if you drive a car, but there is no problem with motorcycles. The hotel facilities are relatively complete, and hot spring water is introduced. Guests do not need to go to hot spring attractions, they can soak in the sulfur hot springs with suitable temperature in the villa, and the price is relatively reasonable. , the service is relatively good, there are two types of apartments here, one is a cabin with a hot spring at the door, the area is relatively small, and the bed is barely suitable for two people, the other is a cabin without a hot spring at the door to enjoy the public hot spring, the area is slightly larger, the overall experience 4.5 stars.

The place is quite clean, the bathroom is spacious, there is a warm water pool, free coffee and tea drinks are available at the bar, the food tastes very ordinary standard and lacks spice, in my opinion. The rest is good
