Well designed interior. Spacious room with fluffy pillow, clean sheet, thick bedcover and cold aircon. Delicious breakfast, though not much variety, the taste is spot on. Simple yet superb. Prettiest indomie goreng ever made. The Staff was nice, quick response and friendly.

Most spacious and most comfy room you will find at 400k IDR. Breakfast was also great! Great service and even greater benefits with Wanderlust Infinite membership.||You must order the high floor with lake-view for best experience. The Balcony view is good at morning.

As for the service, it's really good from the receptionist, cleaning service and security, the place is also aesthetically contemporary, for breakfast it's delicious but there aren't many variants. There's a downside. Why are the towels dirty even though they haven't been used? They're like used rags, so I asked for new ones and they're not clean under the bed. there's rubbish. Improve cleanliness and improve the SOP again so that customers are more comfortable during their staycation here.

Salute to Artotel, both the hotel staff and the facilities. The room was unexpectedly that big, the room arrangement was also very good. Breakfast is also satisfying, but perhaps the menu needs to be increased in weight. Hopefully people going to the artel will continue to be busy. Great..

Firstly, staying here is made comfortable by the fast service and friendly staff. The rooms are clean, the AC cools quickly and the food is delicious 😻. Thank you, Sis Serli, Sis Dwi and Sis Gilang, don't forget the chef, the food is really delicious and the house keeping team is very quick to respond when there are requests.
