A gem in Kedisan. Very modern apartment style accommodation over 2 stories. Living room and kitchen downstairs, huge bedroom with a king size bed upstairs. Great view of Mount Batur volcano and Lake Batur from the upstairs terrace. Lovely free breakfast. Will definitely return

The place is nice, there is a kitchen, so if you invite your family you can cook too. I booked a 2-story villa, so the room was on the top floor, kitchen, living room and bathroom on the bottom floor, very comfortable. Sheets, carpet, kitchen are all clean, only lots of flies, but not too annoyingThere are only small shortcomings, such as the TV not being able to pick up the signal, so it can't be used to watchOverall good and very satisfied, definitely come back someday

The place is cozy, comfortable, and fairly clean. Its strategic location makes it very easy with vehicle if you want to go to Trunyan, mt. Batur hiking, and natural hotspring.General store is accessible by walking.Very recommended and will stay again.

The place was nice and comfortable. Definitely a great value for the price. However, the cutlery was not too clean.. The dish drying rack was rusty and so dirty.. Also the plants in the parking space were full of ants. …

3 stars is just standard not worse. The place was clean but not hotel standard. A lot of ants and some other insects but cannot complain due to environmental factors. 2 stories villa, 1st story is living room with 1 two-seat sofa, kitchen (pan and spatula have mold so we never used it), bathroom with bathtub(clean enough) and hot water. 2nd story is the bedroom with king size bed. 2 televisions (each on each floor) but no batteries on the remote controls but we were not watching either. 4 pillows available. No soap in the kitchen and no soap in bathroom, need to provided by yourself. Need to ask for mineral water and breakfast choices (bread and fried rice only). Person who is light sleeper, not suitable reside this villa, around 10 PM local time, neighbor's dog and rooster will "talk to each other" loudly till morning.

The rooms are comfortable, the location is strategic, in front of the villa there is a small road with direct access to the lake and the mountain view is beautiful. For friendly service, complete cooking utensils: 2 large plates, stove + gas, 2 large cups, 2 small cups with bear and rabbit motifs, 2 bowls, 1 wide Teflon pan, 1 Teflon pan, 1 cooking spoon, 2 sets of cutlery, 1 refrigerator medium sized door, complete sip, especially for those who like to cook themselves (in the photo: I cooked the sausages and brewed my own lemon tea), plus for breakfast you can choose bread or fried rice.

There's someone in the neighborhood that probably just bought a karaoke machine and liked to have "a mini concert", starts from 4 or 5PM every day when I stayed there. He would sing until midnight. He sounded horrible.Overall, the place is nice, but if you're a light sleeper, and go to bed early,, you might wanna think twice before you booked this place bc of that neighbor.

Stayed here for two nights. We didn’t get enough sleep both nights because from four in the morning the neighbors’ roosters were crowing right under our window. Apparently there is a chicken coop there. The bathroom sink doesn't work at all. The interior of the house seems to be not bad, but it is absolutely not functional - there is no closet, no hangers. We just had to throw all our things on the sofa in the hallway, as a result there was a storage area on the sofa.The kitchen was working, but there was only one plate, two mugs, a frying pan and a ladle. What to eat, what to eat from, what to cook with - the question is.All the floors in the house are made of tiles, and since the house is located in a valley near a lake where the temperature during the day is 20 degrees, it is very cold to walk barefoot on such a floor (take warm socks or indoor slippers with you).The hot water boiler cannot cope with heating water for two people to shower. But there is no shower itself, there is only a watering can in the middle of the bathroom.When checking in, the staff asked about breakfast, but in fact showed up only at 2 o’clock the next day. But I made it tomorrow, and given the rainy weather, it was a good option to eat at home.Gojek and hornbeam do not work here, so you have to travel to eat, and given the frequent rains and low temperatures, traveling to eat turns into a bit of an ordeal.

Wow!!!! This place is amazing! The lake view room is essentially a two story townhouse with a kitchen and upstairs patio. Breakfast is included at whatever time you desire. Check out is at 12, not 11. It looks like it was recently remodeled. Very clean. There was a heart made out of towels and fresh flowers on the bed. Tv upstairs and downstairs. Highly recommended!
