Please scold the receptionist & employees. the service is not very good & inappropriate. The receptionist chose a room that wasn't suitable, he said I didn't have good diction, he said that on the phone to his friend. Even though I've been there a long time ago, the price is also expensive. I asked for the top floor, but I said it was on the bottom floor, even though when booking it said yes, top floor. The room is really narrow, where there's no wardrobe anymore, I can't put clothes on. The employees who work there are already very noisy, I swear they are very noisy, I don't know what they are doing, but they can hear it from inside the room, people who want to go to bed are very disturbed. The electricity was also turned off at 12 noon, yes it was already time to check out but it didn't work, people were getting ready to check out but it was difficult for the lights to turn off. Hey, now you've found accommodation like that. oh, it's great, I'm here again. not recommended👎👎👎

The room is comfortable, it's worth it for this price, it's just that the service and facilities are lacking, there's a smart TV but it feels like I can't use it because the wi-fi is problematic, said the receptionist, I've gone back and forth 3 times to the receptionist to ask for help, the wifi still doesn't work, the answer isn't the same. If it doesn't work then that's fine, even though basically the WiFi is limited, the room should be prepared so it doesn't look like this, it's better not to use a smart TV if the WiFi doesn't support it, my child just wants to watch cartoons but can't, otherwise it's good. the room is comfortable, but that's all, the facilities should be if there are negatives and there are those who complain, at least it's not being done, it's the customer's right to complain, as the name suggests, it's also the FACILITIES,Thank You
