The service oath is really bad. Checked in at 2 o'clock because the employees were busy and slowThrown here and there, even detained by some kind of broker. Plus, when I ordered on Agoda, I wanted to confirm the booking via WhatsApp, I was asked to transfer 200 thousand. I no longer understand the service at this hotel, in the Agoda application there is no number that can be called or contacted, once you get a WhatsApp number you are asked for a deposit of 200 thousand. Even in Bandung, hotels aren't this complicated, in fact you can check in less than 2 o'clock, even though you're in the city. Why is the hotel already in the village, it's not a big hotel but it's complicated, naudzubillah. My body is tired and wants to rest, but it's complicated when I want to check inI swear I'm really fed up and don't want to stay here anymore. It's true that the condition of the room is clean, the only thing that makes you feel bored is that the service is really bad, plus on WhatsApp you are asked for a deposit of 200 thousand, it feels like even hotels in Bandung in the city are only asked for 100 thousand for a deposit and even then, if you have arrived at the hotel, you can deposit using an ID card or driving license, how come at the hotel I was told to transfer the deposit first before the order could be confirmed, which is strange, plus when we arrived at the hotel there were still brokers who were holding back so they didn't enter the room first. Basically, those who want to go to Wanayasa don't have to book this hotel
