Maybe because the hotel is new or recently renovated, there are still many things that are uncomfortable, including the receptionist suddenly moving, the swimming pool is empty of visitors and is cleaned during working hours, so you can't swim. The room turned out to be very narrow, there was no space for prayer. For employee service, it is enough to improve it.

First impression when I came here, the service was good, friendly, the service man took good care of me until my luggage was brought, I could pay online again, the room service when ordering food was a little slow but it paid off with the taste of the food and the price was good, the TV was on when you opened it, just open it to watch a movie Private channels don't work and the AC works fine. ✅The downside is that the hallway is narrow and dark, suitable for testing courage, there is no room freshener, the wifi signal is weak even though there are lots of choices but everything is the same, the bathroom doesn't have rust on the sides, the water heater comes on during the day or at night, there is no bath soap, no there are clothes/bag hangers, no table for writing, thin blanket and no night light, only 1 lamp and it's very bright. For those who are afraid of sleeping in a new place, you definitely need a night light so the light isn't too bright ❎

If there were zero stars I would give zero stars... the room was dirty... the bathroom was dirty... the sheets and pillowcases weren't changed when we checked in (there were traces of saliva from previous guests).. the TV channel wasn't working... very different from the promo photos....the room arrangement is messy....paid 450 thousand but the facilities are like 20 thousand

Cleanliness is very poor. The hallway to the room smells bad, like cat feces. Lots of hair, wet bathroom mat, dust on the edges, between the walls and in the corners of the table. Warm water doesn't work.Wifi comes and goes, sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn'tThe estimated food order didn't arrive in 1 hour, after more than 1 hour it didn't arrive, tried to confirm by phone again and it said the guests at the waterpark were busy, so hotel guests didn't care, the kitchen staff apologized, but it would be nice to have confirmation if it wasn't. to the handle.The initial receptionist wanted to check in at 13, he said it had to be according to the rules, at 14When I wanted to check in again at 14, the receptionist staff was not there. There is no contact listed.Likewise, when I wanted to check out, the staff was not there. But there is a telephone number that can be contacted (regular telephone number, no WA)When I wanted to check out, suddenly a parking attendant appeared, a group of thugs with tattoos. Disappointed the second time staying here.- Sorry room, when you entered the smell was not good. I don't know if I forgot to clean it, perfume it or something. Maybe the effect of the room underneath is a pool, which is a shame it's not looked after. And there are several geese in their cages too. The smell probably comes from there, the water and the cage with goose droppings.- WiFi no connection. Even though there is some WiFi provided there, it still can't be used for its benefits.- There are holes in the sheets. Also a bit unclean, itchy. Also under/between the beds was dirty, I had some "stuff".- AC is not cold enough.- The TV also has problems... In the end it doesn't work.- And this is the most important thing, the water has been off since morning, DNA only turned on at around 1 pm. I want to shower, defecate etc. so it's difficult.Sorry for my honest review. Hopefully this will be used as material to improve service for management. Honestly, my first stay was very satisfying. That's why I stayed there again. But unfortunately, for the second time, I was quite dissatisfied.

It's fun... kids also like to play as much as they want in the swimming pool, but perhaps they should pay more attention to the toilet...Unfortunately the lights went out, even if only for a moment...Hopefully in the future there will be many improvements and progress. the stairs are quite steep, to be honest, for children this is quite dangerous, hopefully there will be improvements...
