Five stars because excellent value for money. Our host is very accommodating and arranged our transfer from the port. The host can also take care of all your travels, booking excursions, cars, etc. The rooms are very simple but also very inexpensive. The swimming pool is pleasant. Very simple breakfast but it does the job.

Highly rated hotel in our opinion, the rooms are far from being as pretty as in the photos, the bathroom is basic, the bedding however is very good. I would also add that the room we were given is right next to the kitchens and the road, so we were allowed the smell of cooking and the noise of scooters and honking horns. We took the pool view option, we had bush view and background sound as a bonus. The service needs to be reviewed, we had the feeling that we were being forced to buy excursions which were ultimately more expensive than those offered outside the hotel. The general reception was not very pleasant.The location in the center of the island is convenient for being able to move around and discover a large part of the island, being able to ask to book a taxi or rent a scooter on site as well.The massages offered by an outdoor spa are also very good.I would therefore only recommend the hotel for people looking for convenience.

The food is excellent and very cheap.The location is somewhat far from important sites but we already knew that.The rooms are good, there is no mosquito net on the bed since there are quite a few mosquitoes and it is difficult to sleep. On the ceiling there are animal noises that we don't know what they are but they don't bother us. There was some humidity on the walls but it was not a problem, only the mosquitoes were a problem when sleeping.The hotel staff was super super friendly, the lunch menu was reduced but they gave you other things for free, for example in the drink I asked for natural pineapple juice and it was not on the menu, they gave it to me without paying extra. Very good people, I hope they can improve the mosquito thing.

Very noisy location, next to the road and you sleep as if on the road.Breakfast, which is included in the price, is very small. It is impossible to spread butter and jam even on half a bun. They asked for milk in their coffee - 20k for 30 mlThe bed linen is yellow and torn. Of the 4 beds there were torn duvet covers everywhere.Judging by the smell, there was a suspicion that the linen had not been changed from previous visitors.There is not enough hot water for washing for all the bungalows. 1 minute and cold water flows, regardless of whether it is 18:00 or 22:00

Nice rooms although swimming pool was very dirty, also staff member very rude and put us in wrong room twice. Make sure you get put in correct room. Renting motorbike is important in Nusa Penida and they had one bike which was battered. Drove it down the road and turned back. They wasn’t bothered about this. Also DONT eat here, took over a hour for a club sandwich which wasn’t a club sandwich but a DRY bacon sandwich.Overall wouldn’t stay again.
