It's crazy that the receptionist forgot to give my ID card back to me when I was checking out. I realized that my ID card wasn't in my wallet so after that I went back to the hotel to get my ID card, when I arrived at the hotel they took a photocopy of my ID card, but I just had to take it, right there where I was already checked? out.got a room that was VERY DIRTY, there wasn't any mineral water, you had to take it outside, the bed cover was really disgusting, lots of brown stains, WHERE THE AC WAS VERY HOT AGAIN, got a chair that was already dented, the key had to be manual because of maintenance, right when playing

Not recommended.Service, room AC, toilets, gosh... How can this hotel even exist?Waited for 2 hours for the AC to have a problem, then at 4 in the morning the filter was replaced. 😃

When I checked in it took a really long time, when I got to the front of the room I was shocked because the floor was dirty because the air conditioner was leaking, the room smelled of cigarette smoke, the mattress was dirty, it was not white but the color of dirt, lots of spots, and what was worse, in every corner there was moss and LIVE MUSHROOMS growing. , for a long time, staying in hotels in various cities, this time I found live mushrooms, not just 1, but there were several, I was shocked that it was that bad, even though the interior was quite good, but the room was dirty, not well maintained, hopefully in the future we will pay more attention, like the same, butcher it, just replace it, don't replace the old one full of spots, keep using it, at least soak it with bleach, paint the room again and clean off the fungus

Checking in took a long time, after entering the room there were no towels (he said there weren't any from the laundry yet), no toilet paper, soap/shampoo, toothbrush and sandals.The smell of the room was a little musty when I first entered.The sheets, slime and pillowcases are worn, with lots of spots. After asking for a replacement, it turned out to be the same.I stayed 4 days, it took a long time to ask for a change of towels, only one night was available.the room asked to be cleaned, but the glasses were not replaced.What I ordered was the lowest price. but at least there is standard service that I can get, unlike what I experienced during my 4 day stay.Basically, very disappointing.why not move hotels? love the money, already paid 4 days.

A less recommended hotel. I thought the facilities were good but turned out to be less than satisfactory. The sheets were dull, there were several stains that seemed to have been there for a long time. Drinking water is not provided. No sandals. Worst of all, the towels were dull and torn. It's really no longer suitable for use.

The hotel is really dirty, the bed cover is dull and has lots of stains, I don't know what stains it is, it's not white anymore, it's become a grayish brown color ewwhh, the walls of the room have lots of damp and black stains. Mineral water was not provided in the room and what was worse, I ordered a king size on the application but when I arrived at the hotel I was given the remaining double bed. So in the end I didn't stay at that hotel, if there were 0 stars I would give it a tsk tsk for the service

First time staying on vacation here and really tired. the first room was damp, the walls had black mold, a musty smell. asked to move rooms and the second room was the same, damp, smelled musty, smelled of urine, lots of cockroaches, the toilet was very dirty, the floor was dirty, the sheets and pillowcases were really damp, smelly and there were lots of yellow blood stains, where was there a pack of sanitary napkins in the drawer . the air conditioner is hot. The female receptionist wasn't really friendly🥴 I swear it was my first and last stay at this hotel

The linen had a lot of stains & was a bit itchy, dusty, there were no toiletries. FO called but didn't bring them either, PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE LINEN, I SUSPECTS IT WAS JUST REPAIRED NOT REPLACED, only 1 towel, no slipper.
