Asked for top floor unit and was told not possible. Breakfast was awful. Room was very clean. Location not ideal. No ability to have drinks or food without walking along way. Checked out early no offer of refund.

Lovely quiet and peaceful one night stay at the hotel, while passing through Sanur! Great location, beautiful, pretty and obviously well loved gardens and pool area! The room was modern and clean. The breakfast was yummy and a nice choice. Staff were friendly. Would stay again. Thank you.

Small establishment with 6 rooms. They are clean. The bedding is quality. Small, partly shaded swimming pool is a plus. Quiet.The only downside is that breakfast should be avoided.The location is ideal, 2 minutes walk from the icon mall. I recommend it to you.

Beautiful place in the middle of Sanur! It's nestled away on a back street so it's very nice and quiet. Good escape from the noise of the main street in Sanur. Staff was lovely, rooms nice and clean, good breakfast and a lovely pool and garden 🙏🏻

Beds were hard and the AC smelled mouldy and gave me a headache in the night. We complained however, nothing was done due to them saying the AC was Serviced before we arrived and the beds were a standard mattress that was good for people with bad backs. However, was not good for people with bad shoulders! My partner ended up giving up his doona for me to sleep on while he slept with just a doona cover. Seems they had no extra doonas. We bought some disinfectant spray and that seemed to help when we sprayed it into the AC. Language barrier with understanding our laundry, where we wanted certain clothes hung on a hanger we provided after being ironed rather than folded. Noisy guests up above our room with a small child running about at 6 AM! Not the best stay! However, staff very polite and friendly.Edit; Seems our response from the accommodation is pretty harsh and insensitive. Rather blame us than take responsibility! Kind of inconsiderate to put people with a small child above others. We did speak politely to those Guest who became very defensive and argumentative feeling they weren't in the wrong having their child jumping run around at 6 am! It all had nothing to do with the fact that I was sleeping on a hard bed with mouldy AC smell!! I will never be staying here again and will definitely be telling anyone we know not to stay there either !
