THE WORST HOTELStarting from the AC that wouldn't cool, the room was dirty, the sheets were full of stains, the bathroom had lots of little leeches. It's really scary.

The refrigerator is dirty and flooded, the cleaning is very dirty and not cleaned every day, especially under the bed is full of rubbish and dust. You have to request it and it takes a long time, you ignore it for hours, the cleaning staff in the morning room is a bit fat, you don't pay attention to the request straight away. There's no telephone in the room, it's really complicated if there's anything, there's only 1 socket for the TV. The towels still smell like old cigarettes from rich people. The AC has a problem and the remote continues. This is a 2 star hotel, not 3. The only one who is alert is the young male receptionist who wears glasses to help. The female receptionist was busy playing on her cellphone and using a headset, she called repeatedly and didn't hear her.

Got there at 6am after a 12 hour bus ride knowing we would have to check out at 12pm so we asked the reception to extend another night and he said no worries andpay at check out. We then got woken up at 12pm by another employee asking if we are staying another night and to pay now. I said we already asked to stay another night and said I will pay later. We then received a text message saying we must pay by 1pm or be charged extra per hour. We packed our bags and left straight away. Staff need to communicate with each other better or if they don't understand our english, tell us

Hidden gem because you enter the complex...the room is just nice...the facilities need to be improved...it's like a TV...there's sound, there's no picture 😅 like where do you want to watch it and it's on several channels...the bathroom only has soap. There's no doormat... there's no hot water kettle... there's a 1-door refrigerator

Order via Gmaps direct via the Traveloka application, listed as a 3 star hotel, but perhaps more suitable as a guest house/apartment. The condition of the room is good but less comfortable with the paint blistering/peeling on some parts of the bottom, it would be good to have it repaired. The TV broadcast signal is not good & there are not many choices, the refrigerator is not cold & the conditions in the refrigerator are not clean. The water in the bathroom is really bad, the drain is clogged & the shower water flow is very small, the reason for the duty officer is because the people staying there are crowded, the closet cover is shaking, it would be best to repair it. The door lock is still manual without a card, it's possible to maintain classic mode, right? The location only won because it was in the Renon area

Review after 5 day stay in family room- the waiters are friendly and kind- Every day you have to go to the reception if you want to ask for mineral water- Dirty refrigerator (please clean the refrigerator every time someone checks out)- There is no toothbrush, you have to bring your own- No restaurant, find breakfast yourself- TV with limited channels, only about 5 are showing- AC temperature of 16° doesn't feel cold- The bathroom front light is off (please check every time you check out that all the lights are working properly, if one breaks, please don't replace it)

Quite satisfied staying here during the 2024 Pokemon Run event. Moreover, we were given a room with a view directly facing Renon's room. As for advice, yesterday there was no trash can in the room and no amenities (luckily bring your own) so hopefully in the future the room facilities can be equipped.

Stayed last night because there was an event, the location was really close to the Niti Mandala field... The FO was friendly and alert, the rooms were quite okay and the environment wasn't noisy either. The only thing lacking is the amenities. The rest is really worth it

The hotel is good. The room is clean. The price and quality of the rooms are okay and worth it. The location is also good, near the Renon puputan field. If you want to run in the morning/evening, just walk a little. On Sunday there is a busy car free day with lots of people selling food near the hotel.The only thing missing is not being able to brush your teeth. Same as the trash can outside the room is rarely thrown away/cleaned. I stayed 5 nights, I think the trash can was only cleaned twice.

The location is okay, in the middle of the city, easy to find anything... The rooms are spacious, the mattress is comfortable. The receptionist was very friendly.
