The accommodation is in a slightly deeper alley. but peaceful and private There are many different types of rooms to choose from. Plenty of parking. The service staff are very good.When we came, we chose a superior room with a garden view. It was really a spacious room. Maybe because of the placement Makes the space in the room look a little cramped. The bathroom is really very spacious, should be able to divide it into wet and dry areas. And the walkway is slippery and has lemongrass. Recommend walking along the side of the house. Don't walk past between houses. (Otherwise, you'll slip and fall and get a scar like we did.) Because I had an accident, I didn't take any photos for the review. Next time I'll stop by.

Book a house-style room, 1 house will have 2 rooms decorated in loft style. I like the soft bed, clean, quiet, convenient parking. There is a swimming pool on the 3-story building. There was no breakfast served during the visit.

Ask for a real review. The hotel is quite clean and well proportioned. It seems like the owner of this hotel cares about customers. There is an operator who gives good advice. The breakfast is delicious, clean, very attentive. Next time, I will use the service again.

A great hotel in a really good location. Excellent staff that are always helpful and professional, it's a peaceful and pleasant environment with convenient stores and restaurants nearby.Overall it's above what you'd expect in a relatively small city, clean and pleasant rooms. A good breakfast service and plenty of activity and transport services available at the lobby.A family run hotel that ticks all the right boxes for visiting the wonderful city of Sukhothai.

Brand new hotel, with attention to many details. Very kind staff and attentive to everything. The spacious room with large window overlooking the pool. The latter is very clean and well-kept. The lakes are full of fish. Advised!!

It's a little far from the ruins, but it's in the center of town, so you won't have any trouble finding restaurants or shopping. Both within walking distance. The rooms are clean and you can choose between Thai or Western breakfast. The price is reasonable and the cost performance is also quite good. Stayed in one building with two rooms with bathtubs.

The hotel is in an alley. Came in a little deep, but it was very peaceful. The staff at the lobby and the housekeeper were good and spoke very well. The room was spacious, clean, and had a good view. There was also a swimming pool.

The room is clean, but on a hot day in Sukhothai Really can't handle it, turning on the air conditioner at 16 degrees Celsius can't handle it. At first I thought it was just one room. The air conditioner isn't this good. Ask friends, every room has a view of the pool and the house, hot shower. The shower cream is still hot. There is no exhaust fan. I can't breathe when I go to the bathroom. It's very hot. During the summer, you really should get 2 key cards, one of which you can insert to turn on the air conditioner. Some hotels in Sukhothai already do this.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Here is what I liked, very friendly, welcoming and happy staff. The property is well managed and the rooms are good size, comfortable for Westerners. Maybe because I was their during low season I found the place very quite and relaxing. There are plenty of restaurants 800 meters walk from the hotel. It's not far but during the hot season it's not comfortable. Still I did not mind it. The only negative side is Sukothai National Park is approximately 12km from the property. The good news is the hotel can help and arrange a tuk-tuk at a fair price. Also the hotel can assist you with on ward bus tickets. They don't charge a commission so you don't have to waste time going to the bus station just to buy your ticket. Staff and manger are very friendly, approachable and honest. I would recommend this hotel. Room was very clean. Great stay!

The room is clean and spacious, big bed, comfortable bed, cool air conditioner, clean bathroom, separate wet zone and dry zone, good water pressure, hair dryer, TV, complete refrigerator, enough parking, safe, good service staff, quiet, shady atmosphere. In our room we have a view from beautiful blooming bougainvillea flowers🌸🌸There are many zones and many prices. We chose the Pool View King room on the 2nd floor (stayed on Saturday night) for the price: 1st floor/1,150 baht (next to the swimming pool), 2nd floor/950 baht, 3rd floor/850 baht, extra bed +350 baht, room price. You can stay and play in the pool. The accommodation is in the alley. In front of the alley is a market with a lot of things for sale and not far from Sukhothai Historical Park. In the evening, it is recommended to go as much as possible. The light is very beautiful. There is a market selling food inside the park. for Saturday

Rooms have many prices to choose from. which is not much different I stayed in a loft building on the first floor, priced at 900 baht/night, staying for two nights. If breakfast is added, it's 120 baht per person. We chose not to receive breakfast because we had to leave early in the morning. Stopped to buy something to eat at Sukhothai Market, which is not far away. The overall room was clean, the mattress was comfortable to sleep on, no back pain, the air conditioning was cool, the bathroom was clean and separated into wet zones and dry zones. There is a place to hang clothes and place bags. But the hotel is a little deep in the alley, so if you have a personal car, it's not that difficult. The alley is a little narrow. Because I was tired from traveling and had to leave to run errands early in the morning, I didn't take pictures of the room.
