Be careful if you want to stay here, the accommodation unit doesn't feel like they accept online bookings, it's not professional and there are indications of fraud, for those who book via online travel agents, be careful, I haven't checked in yet and I've already booked online

I booked for New Year's Eve long ago, I already paid in full for the room, then when I came to the hotel, the room I booked was already occupied by someone else, I asked them to take responsibility by changing to another hotel that I wanted to book, because it was New Year's Eve so almost all the hotels on Gili Trawangan were full, and there were several hotels that were still available but they didn't want to be responsible by moving me to that hotel, the staff named Bulan was evasive and didn't want to take responsibility when I called. this is the 7th time I have been to Gili T but this is the first time I have had a bad experience by staff who are not responsible for their mistakes.

Booked for new years eve and turned out our room was not available (probably has been sold to other person via walk-in). The receptionist couldn’t solve the issue, and we were left stranded with other hotels were booked because of new years eve.Not recommended.

The best accommodation on the island! The staff is so friendly and helpful (especially Dodi) which made us feel so welcomed. We planned to stay only two nights but extended for two more because we really loved it here.The breakfast is included in the price and you can choose from a whole menu.The location couldn’t be better. You have breakfast directly on the beach and while you are enjoying your pancake you can see the turtles already popping up to get air.You can rent snorkeling equipment and bikes directly here. Would definitely recommend going snorkeling. Because a few meters into the ocean you see so many turtles already. This was just amazing!The room is also very spacious with air con and a mosquito net. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet at night. Overall the room was very clean and we received a delicious coconut as a welcome drink!

The staff at melati are incredible! (Especially Doddy and Matt) We have never experienced such kind and friendly people. We were suppose to stay 4 nights and ended up staying 8! you are a breath away from the beach where we had a good breakfast and iced coffee everyday! Aircon in the room is super strong and the beds big and comfy, nice spacious room and bathroom too. You can rent bikes and snorkels out the front too and also grab a few snacks at the little mini mart they have at reception. Genuinely cannot recommend this place enough and such excellent value for money! We will see you guys next year :)

It took us an unusually long time to find accommodation on Gili Trawangan. We came across the Melati Cottages a few times while searching, but were never sure because we've had bad experiences with other bungalow hotels, especially when it comes to hygiene. In the end we went along with it, but we were already prepared for the worst... And all I can say is that it wasn't confirmed in any way. The room, duvets and bathroom were perfectly clean. AC worked great. Then there is breakfast, which you can enjoy at the front on the beautiful beach. Then rent snorkeling gear from there and watch turtles and beautiful fish straight away. We stayed on Gili T for 4 nights and quickly agreed that we had the best spot and the best accommodation. That's why we extended it straight away. And the room cleaning was also super sweet (see picture).Many thanks to the lovely staff for the lovely stay ❤️

Traditional feel, cozy, the downside is there is no WiFi, sometimes there is water, sometimes there isn't (this is a bit of a hassle), there is no TV (not important for me). we. The point is, according to the price, you won't be too disappointed
