The villa is a little outside, which is very pleasant because there is not much traffic there. You have to be aware that every now and then an insect finds its way in because there is a jungle in front of it. Very nice bathroom. Kitchen is ok, we didn't use it because we were always eating out.The service from the host was very good. He was available at any time. And you could order scooters and massages in advance.Pool facility is wonderful.Unfortunately we didn't have any loungers because they were newly ordered.But otherwise it was a cool place to stay

We feel that this villa is one of those places that appears really nice at the pictures but in real life when you look closely there is a lot of things that are not quite ok. The whole place really need maintenance and seems like haven’t been taken care of for a long time. There is Extremly low and iregular water pressure. Something that really bothered us is huge mold. Everywhere around the bathroom walls there is big black mold and I don’t think anyone is taking care of it. All the window walls are extreamly fragile and shaky, so when we were opening them it felt like they about to brake. The bathroom selling that is made of glass had so much dust and dirt that it wasn’t even possible to see it through. Along with other glass around the villa, they just seem like haven’t been properly cleaned for very long time. The pool tiles also falling apart in many places. As most places in Ubud is open plan, so gekos and all type of insects are every day guests in the villa and they pretty loud. Also, keep in mind the location is not close to main Ubud district. Is about 25-30 minutes on bike and it can get pretty bad with traffic. If privacy is important to you, be aware that there is a river in front of the villa and we spot people walking past many times and they could easily see us. There is no gate or any fence so if anyone wish to enter from that side they could easily do so. That Didnt make us feel 100% safe or secure. The person who greeted us and runs the place was overall nice and helpful, at one occasion our water completely stopped running and he came pretty quick to fix it but overall we think that for that price there are much nicer places around ubud with better standard, cleaneness and conditions. Dont let pretty pictures catfish you.

A wonderful villa in a quiet area of ubud (6 km from ubud city center). It has everything you need for your stay there. Large rooms overlooking the pool. It has a fully equipped kitchen. There is great service from the staff and they are available any time you need them.

We booked this villa for 3 nights and it was the most terrible experience we had in bali! We left the villa right after our first night.There was no one at the villa when we arrived. we waited for like 30min outside until the host came. In our first night we couldn't sleep at all because there was a flashlight from outside directed to our bedroom for like 15min at 01:30 am. We were worried and scared and we thought that there is a thief outside who's trying to rob us. We called the host manytimes but he didn't answerd our calls, while he told us he would be in the night on standby if we need something. The villa is located in the jungle and there are a few houses around. Because of that, we felt unsafe and unprotected. In the morning the host told us that it was the security gaurds who were shining with flashlights in our bedroom. He showed us the camera footage That was taken in the night. No one warned us when we came that this will happen. This is not acceptable, you can't shine in someone's bedroom without prior announcement. He also told us that he has no control over the villa if someone walked in from the river's side. The whole experience gave us no trust in the staff members to stay here for another night. We didn't get our money back, and there was no understanding for our situation.Also there were a lot of gekko's and insects inside the bedroom. making noise and some of them tried to climb the bed. we definitely don't recommend this villa.
