It was the worst hotel I stayed in Bali. No one speaks English, no one speaks Balinese. There are many disrespectful guests. Every day you wake up to sounds. Nobody has to educate these people.

I stayed here for months. I never burn bridges…. (Therefore I wasn’t going to do a review) The pictures they have for marketing has to be when they were brand new. Nothing looks like any of those pictures in real time.I was truly grateful for my space. It was definitely the best room on the property. I hate moving so… it was doable. I purchased new custom curtains because mine were moldy, I purchased my own sheets and blankets because what they had were all stained and dirty looking.Ateng is my favorite employee. He cleaned the way I taught him, he spoke the best English. The others would take the same towel and go into everyone’s room and clean the bathrooms and common areas with windex cleaner. He was just overall my favorite experience he is the glue to keeping that place together. He is why service was a 2, otherwise it would be 0.What I did love is that they would try to fix whatever you asked. It would take major renovations to fix the majority. When my things were being destroyed or ruined they never asked me if they can compensate in any capacity. For long term stays it’s not a healthy place to be. The black mold is really bad. No matter how much I cleaned and bleached the areas the mold came back 10x’s worse.I purchased a lot of things and they were ruined due to mold and not knowing the electrical criteria. My expensive bags, and shoes were ruined from mold, just from being too close to the wall. 2 hair clippers and my blow dryer burned out.My bathroom constantly had bugs in the shower. I would have to bleach the shower prior to entering. Hot water lasts 2-4 minutes. I had a filter on my shower to remove the hardness, but never had good water pressure.I moved out into a brand new villa and the owners daughter the manager who lives upstairs was upset. She tried to make me pay more for the few days I exceeded, and even messaged me on my social media platform as if I owed her more. She wanted me to pay for days I wasn’t there. We spoke frequently and never on social media. So, for her to text me there was truly weird. I think she needs the money but doesn’t do what it takes to make the stay a conducive living space.Again, the black mold is really bad. I dealt with it as long as I could. Please do not message me anymore on any platform. I paid from the 2nd-5th turned my keys in on the 6th.You were paid in full for those days and I paid more. I pray you guys renovate and get what you desire from that property. With love and respect.

I would avoid this place. Dirty, fleas in linen, smells bad, terrible wifi, mattress is at least 11 years old and just like sleeping on a pile of metal, has charm but is so outdated, the ac is so old it has issues responding to the remote but keeps the room cold, property is run down and not maintained, traffic noise is crazy loud.Bathroom is cool because it’s outside and attached so it’s a unique experience but the water is so hard and the pressure is weak.It has its ups but the downs outweigh the ups unfortunately. I’m sure this place was great in its heyday but is a relic now that needs a full renovation to gain positive traction with travels.Unfortunately it feels this place trick’s unexpected travelers with its charm and quickly lets you down. You shouldn’t walk into a place and try to love it, you should just love it even with its down falls. Not worth the Bali experience. Your stay matters and it feels like this would put a damper on your experience.Staff is helpful and kind though.Try somewhere else, you can find a better place for less money.

I had a lovely time at this place. The pool was a wonderful way to cool off every night, the room was clean and the staff very pleasant 👌 a bit of a walk uptown but I really enjoyed this little oasis.

Don’t expect much. It maybe was a nice place 10 years ago. Now is mostly worn out, needs renovation. Don’t come if you’re afraid of some ants or lizards. But not too bad for the price.

The room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom also had hot water, the service was very good, I checked out 1 hour late but it didn't matter, I didn't have to pay extra. When I wanted to try ATVing and rafting, the owner booked it, so the price was cheaper than the normal price. Strategic location, wherever you want it to be closeAnyway, recommended, next time you can try here again 😁🙏

Even though the lights often go out in the room, the facilities are complete, the service is friendly, and the location is just right.

The room is quite comfortable but cleanliness is lacking in the toilet there are worms and the location is quite ok kmn2 is close and there is parking for cars and motorbikes...my input is that cleanliness is number 1 and the lighting must be bright and the pool must be clear and the bathroom water must be strong in the shower area is not necessary the stones and for the hotel if it could be repainted it would be better, I think, thanks
