Super nice service staff, especially Habib who took care of everything. We dropped off our laundry outside, he picked up the laundry and gave it to us so we could continue to enjoy our vacation.

The only nice thing about this accomdation is the private pool. The staffmembers are smiling but are really not helpful. They could not help me with the following: obtaining a bike, obtaining snorkeling-gear, booking a boat to Bali. Come on! I managed to arrange these things myself in no time at all. I think the service was really bad at Taj Maza. Beware coffee-lovers, they serve the worst coffee I have had during my stay in Indonesia. The breakfast is also way below any average quality.

I fell in love with the accommodation when I checked in!The staff is super friendly and helpful at any time of the day or night.The accommodation is in a quiet part of the island and surrounded by great restaurants.The private pool is clean and the perfect size for cooling off.I wish everyone who chooses the accommodation a great holiday.

We stayed at Taj Maza as a family during our stay on Trawangan Island. This hotel was suggested to us by our travel agency, reading the comments we were a little worried but once there we were more than pleasantly surprised. The rooms are perfect, we all had our private pool per room.The staff is attentive, helpful and adorable. The food is very good, especially the breakfast that we can enjoy with our feet in the sand. The setting is idyllic and we appreciated the location of the hotel. It is located on the other side of the island and therefore far from the port which is very busy and noisy. We rented bikes for barely 4 euros for 24 hours and in less than 40 minutes it is possible to go around the island.Don't be fooled by negative comments that seem to date from the previous owner.We recommend the hotel 100% and thank you again to the staff for their kindness!!!!!!!

Lana is a very good welcoming person he helped me all day with impeccable service and always with a smile he made me enjoy my day in addition to the view from the terrace on the beach and he also helped her for telling me about Lombok for future places to visit, I thank him very much 😉

The rooms are very nice and clean. the view is amazing, the beach is great, there's even some swings on the beach to take cute pics on. The private pool was awesome and very clean. Our kids really enjoyed their stay there. The restaurant offers a variety of delicious menu, there's something for everyone. Overall we loved this hotel. Would definitely recommend it to everyone
